Don's Hot Rod Shop — Attraction in Tucson

I'm a small business owner also, and If I talked to someone the way I was today while in front of clients/customers I'd be ashamed.

Owners son is an jerk..today when I went in after complaining about the carwash next door they own on 2 different occasions weeks apart.. after the fact that his dad emailed me to come in and get paid back what I put in FOR BOTH TIMES I GOT CRAPPY SERVICE! I was told that it wasn't his fault I put $12-13 in a carwash at once, but I wash my quad cab truck/trailer/quad inside trailer, then insulted me for coming back a few weeks later and doing it again.. (basically calling me a liar in front of everyone in the hotrod shop) sorry I figured a different stall would be safe... And both times I went to wash my vehicle weeks apart, the swing joint up top leaked anything I selected at the machine all over the top of my truck (went thru different stalls each time of course).. so basically i made 2 mistakes, first off I tried giving that stupid carwash a second chance and my second one was wasting my time going in FOR THE CASH OWED to me.. if I knew I'd be called a liar (which after that I chose to walk out and say have good day over going as low and treat him as the bald jackwagon he talks like..) I wouldn't have wasted my gas driving back..

so to be honest, unless you don't know how to use the internet I wouldn't recommend doing business here.. because if they tell me it's not their fault I spent my $25 in their business, wonder how they'd act when you spent hundreds/thousands there and weren't happy about something that they might have to...

I get great service at Don's. I've lived in Tucson since 1993, and used them for many thousands of dollars of parts. If they don't have it, they'll get it, or tell you where you can go get it now. I live on the far east side, and don't mind driving that far. I make it a trip, talk to the guys, hang out for a few, get my parts, and head home. I've special ordered parts, and they got them in pretty fast.

Love this place love the car shows you guys have here I was actually giving you a call this morning cuz I noticed the graffiti up there on the Paul Bunyan in your parking lot When I left to go to the store at 7:15 4/1/25 I did not notice a graffiti and I was facing it I did notice the graffiti looking fresh on the way back from getting a coffee Just wanted to give you the time frame of when to potentially check the cameras to catch this person who is destructing property with their graffiti.
