Flawless Salon & Med Spa — Attraction in Tucson

This was my first time at any salon in Tucson and I’m beyond thrilled and grateful I had found Flawless Salon & Spa! The salon itself is clean, elegant, having a lovely atmosphere. The employees were kind, welcoming, and generally such a vibe. Emerald has been very sweet even when we did a little telephone tag. My hair stylist was Netty, she listened to my concerns especially regarding my scalp (I have had difficulty finding effective scalp treatments that work for me with my limited knowledge and in the past other products I’ve used had worsened the issues with my scalp.) I had the serene scalp treatment, and oh my soul, the relief I felt and how soothing it was to my scalp was truly amazing! Along with the leave in scalp treatment, cooling my scalp and not feeling itchy, agitated or tight right after my hair being washed, as it normally does. Netty was friendly and a great conversationalist even with my nervousness! A really lovely human, she was informative and gave different tips, instructions for me to do at home. The loving energy of the employees really add to the overall experience, truly seeming to love what they do, seeming to flow and vibe with each other. Another element that is important to me is that they were open to answering questions without causing one to feel unintelligent or judged for unknown knowledge or inexperience. Bringing me to another matter of importance to me; there wasn’t any judgement for my hair, I hadn’t had a haircut for quite some time so there was a lot of dead ends, especially with my scalp, (itchiness, dandruff, tightness, dry in some areas while oily in others) in the past having some instances on the opposite spectrum with hair stylists and others that caused me to have feelings of insecurity with my hair and scalp. Causing me to refrain more from asking questions or knowing where to receive proper knowledge of my hair and how to take care of it or in styling it. Receiving a boost of confidence in asking more questions and tips from the lovely beings at Flawless Salon in the future. Immediately after Netty finished trimming, my hair looked and felt healthy, smooth, so transformative with only trimming! In conclusion; I had a lovely experience and am very pleased, most definitely will be returning and checking out other services they offer! I highly recommend...

I moved away from Tucson about a year ago, but Rose has left a memorable impression on me that I am certain will last me a lifetime. She used to dye, cut, and style my hair as well give me brazilian and brow waxes. She is very attentive to all detail and is one of the most passionate cosmetologists I have ever been serviced by. She started off every hair appointment with me discussing the goals for my hair for the day and then would mix the color. I always felt like I could talk to her about what was going on on my life and she always appeared to be very engaged during our conversations. My favorite part every time was when we would go to the shampoo bowl and while using the best products (Oribe at the time, and hopefully they still use these) she would always give me a temple message while shampooing my hair. I always left the chair feeling 10x more attractive and happier. I'm a long-time customer of flawless. And I've been going to Kim, The nail tech since before she joined flawless. Since I've known him for a long time and we've become friends, she did an extra special favor for me today buy manicuring my nails for me on a Sunday because of the coronavirus. My nails had gotten so long and I'm no good at filing them myself so on a one-off manicured my nails for me and we dispensed with Polish because I didn't want to ask her to make special arrangements for me on a regular basis. This is a lovely new facility they have including multiple spa services if you're in the market for that. I usually have my haircut by Nereyda, the owner, but I'm old and have medical conditions that make me not want to be in public places.
