I am a regional manager for urgent cares in Tucson, AZ so customer service is always a priority for me and I notice it in Any industry/company I conduct business with personally. I arrived today to my very first appointment with Ideal Image, I was instructed to call when outside which I did and I kept getting a message that “I reached the clinic after business hours” so after repeatedly trying to call, I didn’t want to be late for my 9am appt (that I have text confirmation of) so I knocked in the door because there were two ladies at the front desk since I pulled up. The young lady who came to the door seemed annoyed and I apologized and said I knocked because I couldn’t get through on the phone but before I could finished my sentence the young lady interrupted with “Yea ok, what’s your name”? I gave her my name and she then says “You’re early, you’re appt is at 9:30 so you can just sit down”. Again I have a text that I was scheduled at 9:00am 07/14/20 but what can I do so I chose to go back to my car and wait. They whole time I stood speaking to these two young ladies they never looked up, not once so I felt completely unacknowledged. No information other then my name was asked for, I got into see the nurse and my date of birth was completely incorrect and she stated it would be fixed later. The nurse was very nice and knowledgeable. Now I’m really concerned about my info being wrong, I mean am I being given the right services? Am I paying for someone else’s treatments? Again I am in the medical field and have been for 22yrs so I know how crucial a DOB is. Also when I got an appt confirmation call I was told we couldn’t do the filler which is completely understandable and I was told that I would be rescheduled for those services at the time of my visit which I asked the receptionist and again never looking up at me she said “Someone will call you for that” and I also had questions about changing fillers which I was told I needed to clear up before I’m scheduled for the filler and again I was told I could discuss that with the front desk which I thought twice if I even wanted to bother her again but I bravely asked and my response is “there’s nothing I can do about it, you need a consultant” soooo ok can I talk to a consultant but was told they were working from home. I asked the nurse the same question about the filler and she told me to call the 800 number and make that change but when I called the toll free number they connect me back to the clinic which already said the couldn’t help. I completely understand staff may be limited or what not because of the Covid pandemic, again running a chain of urgent cares I get it but We pride ourselves in giving great customer service, make patients feel welcomed/cared for, we answer phone calls and answer any questions asked. I want to make sure we provide a service that would make a patient return time and time again. The only thing that seems to have really gone right is the company collecting payment. Hopefully the treatment look is worth being treated...
Read moreEDIT: 5/26/25 (unable to leave a second review on google??? For my second session of hair removal appointment, I was 5 to 10 minutes late. Would there only being THREE providers, and one out at the time, Paulina was able to get me in after just a short wait. (Super generous and at the very least FAIR, in my opinion!) Paulina was attentive to my needs, as I browsed through brochures while waiting. She politely asked if I needed any help navigating future services. Clearly paying attention to what I was showing interest in. Rebecca did the same. They both listened to my thoughts and ideas of what I was looking for and both with the same answer helped me to find out how to move forward with those options.
Paulina went above and beyond after my appointment with Lexie; who is also amazing, I've worked with her twice now, with two different services, Paulina went as far as to look into all my financing options to either add to a current open account or how to open another new account. She found me the best pricing available and we talked about getting the best value based on my needs. Every time I thought I had just one more question, she answered it and I ended up with again, just one more question. She was not annoyed in the slightest rather happy to help & answer ANYTHING she could or find out, as needed.
I highly recommend this office for their services. Though they have a small staff, it's worth the wait. I have always felt welcomed and more focused on as a patient/client/ and a HUMAN, not like dollar signs.
You girls ROCK! The building is super clean and comfortable to walk into with a very inviting secretary. All three of the lady nurses that I've worked with for hair removal, Botox and filler were all very knowledgeable and work together. Awesome! As a team. I didn't feel judged in any way or rushed to get done what I felt I needed. They were very transparent with treatment options and possible outcomes. They are also very thorough. Making sure to give you clear directions for after treatment. The entire experience was amazing....

I have been dying to rework the contract she wrote up to add a couple more hundred$ and put a larger down payment.. problem is I can't seem to get ahold of her!!!! I sent a email I called the 800 #. The zoom meeting I would rate a 10 she sold me I'm a repeat cosmetic consumer(lip fillers, Botox, always on top of skin care) I was looking for a new home, I thought I found it. On the follow up on our end we didn't jump the same day due to me celebrating my birthday and it turning into a bigger ordeal. As soon as we got that squared away we came up with our plan of action for my cosmetic future! I am not getting any younger! And she is M.I.A!!! This disappearing act takes your clout down to the midway point. I really was impressed with a lot of things you offered, especially the lifetime membership and *perks that come with that. See as such I won't knock it down farther. Hopefully I will be able to update and edit this posting at a later date!
2Update: I was able to get ahold of an Aesthetic Consultant Jamie she has been BEYOND! Amazing!!! She updated our contract suggested new services that would compliment the services I have chosen and made sure everything fit in the budget! The package is sealed and emailed to my hubby ready for a signature! After all the bumps in the road Jamie made the end game easy which is all I was looking for! So I could go on to have a long future with this company. I have now raised the stars to an I hope to update at a later time after beginning treatments with the lifetime...
