Nordstrom Rack — Local services in Tucson

Not impressed by the people working at this location. I’ve never even heard of this store before, and I didn’t feel very welcomed there either. first thing I encountered when I entered the door was “Do you have a mask?” instead of hello, or of any warm welcoming gesture, I’m assuming “the manager” she was wearing high heels with long wavy dirty blonde hair, then I saw the fake eye lashes attached it. She looked young maybe 20’s or 30’s. I really don’t have a problem with wearing a mask, especially when it’s private property, and they can request it. I didn’t get a friendly vibe at this store, I lost interest immediately by being approached in such a unusual way. I’m sure there’s a couple nice clerks here, but a majority of the time it felt like I was being stalked, or watched, like they were suspicious of me. I base my experience off how I am treated. Have been a customer of Nordstrom and The Rack in various cities for years. Very disappointed in this store, which has limited its quality selections the last few years and totally eliminated plus sizes for women. Recent visit has even further found jewely and handbags seriously limited as well. There are plenty of other stores offering what is left. Nordstrom- you have purposely ignored a great segment of the population who want the quality and plus size offerings the store used to honor.

Off chance, checked out the store late may 2019....does it look like they will be closing the store or what? "Clear the Rack" sale going on and absolutely nothing of quality to use my rewards notes for. Even the benefit of the Nordstrom credit card I've had since 1978 is not worthwhile anymore. Worst and most embarrassing shopping experience I've ever had....this was over a year ago I stopped in and started to shop to shop and as I entered the store one of the employees with dark hair kind of medium build followed me from all to all she literally every time I looked up she was right beside me every time and then I asked her if she was following me and she was real ugly towards me and not polite at all it made me so uncomfortable I went to the manager and told the manager and she laughed about how upset I was and she had short black hair and it was just the worst experience ever and I would never ever go back to Nordstrom rack I contacted the corporate office they did send me $100 gift card but I still haven't used it because I refuse...
