I chose this nail salon because of posts of nail art of Facebook. I had a gel manicure and pedicure, and wanted some fun designs for Halloween. I was told the designs I presented the woman when I came in were not able to be done on my nails. Rosie, the woman responsible for all the designs on Facebook, only did designs on acrylic nails, and I’m not damaging my nails with those. Four different nail techs touched my nails. The manicure and gel application of color were fine. I just wanted the basic service. The nail art I was able to get on my nails was a whole different story. I asked for a spiderweb on my second toe, and was told it was too small, so we agreed on the big toe, I was asked to choose a sticker, there wasn’t one. The nail tech asked Rosie for help, but she told her to get another woman, who wasn’t in the room to help. Rosie didn’t have a client at the time, she was creating designs on fake nails, but wouldn’t assist. The nail tech did that came out to help free- handed a spider web on my big toe, with a spider and it looked okay. I got home and realized it wasn’t really good, but I told her it looked okay there, because from a distance it did. The spiderweb for my nail on my manicure couldn’t be done successfully. Another nail tech sat down and did a rush job, and then couldn’t match the starting point of the spiderweb on the other hand. I ended up asking them to remove the spiderweb on my other hand, so I could go. He also applied a sticker to my thumbs, which were not laid flat, and now if I run my finger along my nail, there are raised edges. I have found another nail salon to add the design to my manicure, because I have an event on Saturday. While this wasn’t the worst experience I’ve had, I would ask the owner of this salon to specifically state when they post nail art, that it is meant for acrylics, so people don’t misunderstand what is doable. And to Rosie, if you are a nail artist, and you are asked for help, and you’re not with a client, maybe help your teammates. One last thing, I am open to hearing other languages spoken, I would caution, you never know if the person who sits in your chair, who may not look like you, may understand what...
Read moreGreat staff but disappointed that I requested for Rosie to do the tips on my two big toes and she pretty much refused to do them saying that everyone can do acrylic on the toes. I knew everyone could but I specifically asked for her but she had some other lady do them. Very sweet lady but I’m not pleased with my toes! I think when a customer ask for someone specific you guys should listen to the customer because it’s their money they are spending. Now $54.00 later and I’m not satisfied with my toes at all!! A waste of money to me at this point!
12/18/2022 I don’t know why I can’t reply to your response but I find hard to believe she’s not a tech when I’ve seen her do clients while I was there and I was originally referred to the salon for her work specifically while there was a receptionist at the front desk both times I have been there! So it seems like she picks and chooses who she wants to do and that’s not right I have referred a lot of people to you guys but I will no longer do! I will tell people the truth about how you guys operate and mess peoples toes up! I have a dark spot on my toe that wasn’t there before I got my toes done and now it’s their nail tech never said anything about it either which she should have! Overall nothing was worth the 54.00 I had to spend. I also think it’s not right you guys will sit here and lie to a customer about a tech doing services! If she didn’t want to do my toes I would have went somewhere else but you guys waited until I got there to say it which was very foul. Even the reviews on here say how...
Read moreLadies! Please find ANY OTHER SALON! This was my first (and last) time here! I regret not listening to the reviews on how horrible their dip is.
4/10 nails are BROKEN or CHIPPED within a WEEK of getting them done. The other 6/10 are peeling up badly and about to pop off. Expensive. Will rip you off. NOT honest / up front about prices at all / do NOT tell you if something is extra $ nor how much Extra charge for credit card (they don’t tell you this)
Experience: For a basic pedicure and dip, I paid almost $100. Which is literally insane. This should’ve costed $70, maybe $85 at A HIGH QUALITY salon. But THIS place? I wouldn’t even come back here even if it was $50. These nails are an absolute joke. I have never in my life had such poor quality nails done. I’m not even rough with my hands at all. I cannot comprehend how this business is still open with how garbage of quality these nails are. And a simple dip, no less?! Cannot wait to find a new place.
Save yourself, girl! Go anywhere else for any...
