I’d like to start by saying this practice is very beautiful and clean. I’ve routinely come here for services the past 8 months, and had a lovely experience with all the staff. My review is a reflection of a specific esthetician, not the practice as a whole. It would be my recommendation to avoid booking with Mikayla in order to have a pleasant and comfortable service. Mikayla is inexperienced and very unprofessional. My first service with her, a couple weeks ago, was a signature facial — Mikayla was very physically abrasive on my face during my service and was unresponsive to my requests to be more gentle. Instead the environment became hostile. I decided not to mention anything to reception/management with the hope that I just wouldn’t have her again for another service.

My second service, today, was supposed to be a chemical peel. When I arrived, I was surprised to see that I was paired with Mikayla again, so I politely inquired about seeing another esthetician. There was no one else available, and since I already made the trip out there, I decided to proceed. When we went back to the room to get started, she closed the door, cornered me in the room, and confronted me about “my problem with her.” I calmly shared feedback about my discomfort from the last service, and unfortunately that upset Mikayla prompting her to continuously raise her voice and probe about how or why the last service was so abrasive.

I understand that she was offended by my feedback, but it did not warrant this type of combative response. After my many attempts to de-escalate her aggressive behavior, she stormed out of the room, and was unable to perform...

If I could give them 10 starts, I would! I had the most wonderful experience. I'm 7 months postpartum and for some reason, out of nowhere, I started breaking out in this weird rash all over my face. I'd tried many things on my own to get rid of it, but had no luck. I was visiting from San Diego and stopped in to see if they could help me in any way. The owner, Cami, was so nice and new right away what she thought I should have. Yesenia at the front desk was wonderful and Mikayla was so friendly and did a great job on my treatments. The customer service was top notch and everyone is so well educated. They gave me microdermabrasion, a chemical peel, and a hydrating facial of some sort. Before I left I purchased quite a bit of product (none of which was pushed on me...I asked), and boy am I glad I did. I bought a purifying mist spray, a collagen serum, a retinol serum, day and night repair serums, and a tinted sunscreen. THE NEXT DAY...after their treatments and one round of skin care products, my skin is like completely new skin. I wish I lived in Tucson and could go regularly. I will be visiting at least twice a year for tune ups! I could cry I'm so happy. I'm not saying they're miracle workers, but I'm not saying...
