This is an edited post. What once was a four-star rating has diminished to two stars within the last year. New management has taken over (Pro Residential Management), and there are now so many problems with this place. The laundry machines are often broken. The gates on Alvernon often do not lock. There is always a ton of trash all over the parking lots. Also, the homeless community has increased their presence with people who do not live in this complex using the pool and the laundry facilities.
