I love this place.

First off, ALL of the staff are friendly, helpful, and just flat out awesome!

The energy cultivated in here is so positive. Everyone is here to heal the mind, body, and soul. And feel great in the process!

It’s a small facility but it never feels too small. You have THREE different options to cold plunge in (and they all feel different, in my opinion). There’s two saunas that fit 3 (comfortably) or 4 each, and a standard jacuzzi that fits 4. There’s also a few other machines/stations but I don’t use them too much.

Additionally, they hold events here every once in a while. I’ve attended several and they are always so worth it. (Think things like sound bath experiences, or breathing workshops.)

I’m always singing praises about this place to anyone that will listen. And I’ll say here what I always tell those people: the price—which seems steep at first—is actually an INCREDIBLE deal once you realize the amazing health and mental benefits that you get every time you come here.

If you enjoy being and feeling healthy, I highly, highly recommend you try...

This is by far my favorite cold plunge place I have ever been to around the world!! Having visited numerous clinics, that are simular in offerings, I put Tucson Cold Plunge (TCP) at the tippy top!! A true place of healing and recovery. TCP is a place to find your inner zen in the most 'chill' environment. People come here to recover, heal, and better themselves. Some facilities I have been to are attached to gyms. The environment becomes more 'gym bro' and less about the healing. I really like how TCP is its own thing and seperate from a workout facility. At TCP you workout in more zen and relaxing ways. I will always continue to be a regular here while I am in Tucson!! Thank you to Luke, Matt, and the other owners and employees for all you do, and especially thank you to everyone in the community that supports such an incredible place. To many more years...

I had the distinct pleasure of attending a special breath workshop hosted by them. As it was my first time at TCP, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The workshop proved to be an incredibly enriching way to start my time there. Learning four different breathing techniques left me feeling in a fantastic headspace. However, what followed - the hot sauna followed by the ice bath - was truly therapeutic! Annelise Cherie's elemental breathwork class left me awe-inspired, and the plunge into the ice bath left me physically rejuvenated. I have never felt more serene or light on my feet. That night, I slept like a baby, and I am eagerly looking forward to returning to experience the cold tubs once again. It was truly an...

The coldest water in Tucson. Love this place so far. It's more than just a cold plunge studio - it's got all of my favorite recovery modalities covered. I start with 10-15 minutes in the swedish sauna (172-185 degrees plus steam), rinse off, do 3 minutes of cold plunge (their tubs have been between 42-47 degrees), do that 2-3x sometimes subbing the hot tub (104 degrees) for the sauna, change into my dry clothes in the changing room with infrared panels which is a very cool implementation, do some breathwork/meditation on the biomat and end it with 10-15 minutes draining my lymph system with the Normatec boots. The place has been clean, relaxed, and everyone has been friendly. I feel rejuvenated after leaving. Excited to keep coming back!

I recently visited Tucson Cold Plunge and I'm still feeling amazing! ✨️✨️✨️ My body was feeling so stagnant, but after my wellness day, I felt rejuvenated! Luke and Vanessa were super friendly and accommodating. I loved the variety of services available, from biomats to red light therapy rooms, saunas, a hot tub, and of course, my first cold plunge! I was able to try out all the services, stay hydrated with electrolyte drinks, and even test their new purification water system. Plus, I got to try the Red Light therapy copper peptides spray! This wellness center has something for everyone, whether you're looking for recovery or just some feel-good vibes.

Tucson Cold Plunge has truly become my home away from home! The energy here is so positive and welcoming, you can feel the good vibes the moment you walk in. The recovery tools they offer, from the sauna to the cold plunge, have completely changed my routine and helped me heal a lingering hamstring injury that I thought would never go away. I’m sleeping better, my stress levels are way down, and my body feels stronger and more balanced than ever. The space is spotless, well-maintained, and every team member goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, this is hands down the best place in town for recovery and wellness!
