Please do not go to this nail shop, decided to give this place another try after years of not going and sadly to say I can see why I stopped. I was a walk-in around 9:30 asked how long the wait was informed 15 min wait per usual that is not the case mind you during this time I stated I can come back but unfortunately that was not the bad part, I sit down for my appt at 10:30 informed the gentleman I had a dr's appt and needed to be out by 11:15 of course that did not happen. I sit down in discuss literally watched this man not wipe down his station or tools used, a finger nail sitting right next my hand as I sit he acknowledged the dirtiness laughs and says sorry. Not done he begins to shape my nails from square to oval and cuts my ring finger in half then tells me that it is finger. and of course two other co workers agree.I argue you can see my nail bed if that was the case I should of seen it with my square nails correct? Then the lady who comes into to fix my nails tells me he dose not speak English that well if that was the case then please have someone translate so you can understand what your customer wants or is saying. Mind you the entire time in the shop on of the employees in on FaceTime the entire time of my appt . This new new team Tran has is terrible rude and just not into customer service. Bring back Tina and One believe that is her name. What happened to customer service and honesty. If you made a mistake say that, if it's longer then...
Read moreReally like my nail tech here, but if I am paying 50. For 45 minutes of service at least I should have their full attention. My tech was constantly being pulled to help the manager on her clients while I sat and waited. My acetone was on for 30 minutes! I will not do that again. Acetone is a cancer causing agent and I want it on only as long as it needs to b. I also do not want my nail tech pulled because u are too greedy to tell the next customer that u don't have time for them. The price here is really not that much different than every other nail salon so if it happens again, I won't be back. Someday I will find a salon that puts each client first, not just the new one walking in the door. If u lose all your regulars u just get more new clients that will leave when they are not properly attended toi am now responding to your comment as the manager. I understand u want to help each other but u need to only take the number of clients u can successfully treat on a one to one. When u are already busy and then take everyone walking thru the door u can't give good service to anyone. One nail tech should be able to sit still and do nails from start to finish. If that is not possible than u won't have...
Read moreI have been going to Wilmot Nails for several years now and I have always been very happy with their services - Sure they are very busy at times and you may have to wait a little bit but I would not change going anywhere else. Trang always does my nails and she knows exactly what I like and I do not have to tell her what I need or how to shape my nails. I also get a polish change for my toes and that is always done the way I like too. My husband gets his pedicures done there as well and is always very pleased with any of the staff that has done it. You cannot ask for a more friendly place and it is always nice when you walk in and each one of them say hello and call you by name. Continue the great work and customer service ladies because trying to please everyone is very hard to do and I know because I have done this type of work before. Thank you for always accommodating!
I forgot to add regarding the prices, yes the prices did go up but of course the overhead of doing business establishes price increases on anything. Supplies, utilities,...
