Radioactive — Attraction in Tullahoma

Well this is LD and I hate giving bad reviews but I've tried 3 times to talk to Chad which I've known for years not really friends but I know him and I've called 2 times and I went by there and talked to a guy Jake or something like that and he priced 3 decent single den radios for around 150 bucks and to install it 318 when asked about one of those floating stereos he priced a planet audio p90 for 350 dollars and I found the p100 a newer model for 100 bucks cheaper when I confronted him about the price he said I could buy a radio and bring it to him and he would install it but couldn't tell me how much he would charge me then he said I might want to check somewhere else like the guy in Manchester C. A. R. S. Custom Auto which I have talked to about it and he did give me a better price but I don't live in Manchester and I have a lot of medical issues and was trying to get it done closer to home so I can see y'all have some issues with Customer service from past reviews and it seems like y'all have some issues with Prices and I don't mind paying a little bit more but an extra 100 bucks more for the same stereo plus the guy in Manchester was a whole lot nicer and by the way I'm the old man in the old...

Had a radio installed last year with a back up camera and have had nothing but problems since then. The microphone sounds like a wind tunnel and people can’t hear me most of the time. I took my car back several times and asked them to fix it and they never did and eventually just said no refunds and refused to fix it. My panels were falling off where they were not replaced correctly and internal clips broken and my husband had to fix that. All the electrical in my car has gone haywire and I have had to spend hundreds of dollars to have it worked on. The radio they put in is nothing like they product they described when they sold it to me. I took it back several times and begged them to fix it since I paid $1500 for it or put my old one back in and they refused and were very rude. Avoid this place like the plague. Employees are rude and act like you're stupid or inconveniencing them. Pricing is all over the place. Never in my life have I been at a place that sells retail and people acted like they didn't want to sell you anything. I got installation pricing from 3 different people and they ranged from $125.00 to $350.00 for the same exact setup. I had to pry and pry to just get that. Was even told that "that will be more expensive" for a price on a different speaker I clearly asked for a price on. I walked out due to pure frustration. Went to another JL Audio Dealer less than an hour away and got a great price and much, much better service. If these people worked for me, I'd fire every last one of them for incompetence and insubordination. Stay away from this place. Seriously ......
