24hr gym that has everything you need! Been going here for about 6 months and I love it! If you're not into the big box gyms and want to support local come here! -Peak hours (5:30am-8am) (4pm-7ish). Even during the peak hours you're still able to find your spot to workout and rotate through machines easily. I'm used to big city gyms where you couldn't get onto any kind of machines during peak hours. Pros: -Free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, squat racks, row machine, assault bike, friendly community. - Fans during summer! It wasn't hot at all during the summer workouts. - Personal training. I never did it but the trainers there seem very friendly! Cons: - Only 1 box of sanitizer for the entire gym. (Would like to see some near all the stations) - No dedicated zone for ab/core workouts. You kinda have to plop a mat in the cardio section or the kettle bells section. When there's people in that section it's hard to get a spot. Not really a con but be aware that the gym is still slightly under construction. He's building dressing/changing rooms so there is some blemishes here and there. But it does not affect your workout in any way! Lastly, call ahead and plan a meet up if you plan on getting a membership! There's not really a front desk that someone is at all the time.

Disappointed in the owner. The gym is decent and convenient but the owner, Will Sperry, really disappointed me. I paid for a year up front cash because he promised me “13th month free” for paying up front cash. When it came time to renew, I reminded him and he told me no he didn’t promise that. It was verbal so I let it go. Will Sperry did NOT let it go. He sent me some texts that I’ll post here. I don’t understand why someone would treat a customer and what I thought was a friend like this. *those lovely locker rooms; I own a construction company and sent my people to tile the showers for below my cost. **I also accepted partial Payment in the form of an annual Membership for my employee. ***Will (owner) made several change orders from the original scope of the tile work that I was already supplementing that added several days into the project and I didn’t charge him a dime extra because I thought we were friends.

Plenty of gym choices in Tulsa. Plenty of smaller spots with minimal equipment, plenty of clubs and bigger gyms with pools and saunas, personal training, whatever you want. I’ve tried them all. Strength Company is the best gym I've ever been a member of. A big part of that is the size, equipment selection, location, very reasonable membership pricing, and overall vibe of the space (which is damn cool and gets better every year seemingly). But the biggest part for me is the owner. Will is one of the coolest dudes I’ve met in Tulsa. Great dude with a big heart and always happy to help anyone. Don’t hesitate to check this place out.

Let’s talk about this “gym”. After putting up with it and the arrogant owner for two years, I can confidently say it’s a complete waste of money.

What you’re signing up for is a gym that’s barely more than a cluttered, glorified garage gym. The equipment is so ancient and worn out that you’re likely to get a better workout just moving it to the curb. And the membership fees are laughable. You’re forking over top dollar to train in someone’s personal storage unit. It’s outrageous, considering there are plenty of reputable gyms in Tulsa that offer top-notch facilities for the same price or less. Not to mention those gyms are vastly larger, and yes, still private, and yes, still 24 hour.

Don’t even get me started on the decor – the walls are plastered with what can only be described as gross, tasteless art that objectifies, degrades, and sexualizes women. This creates a vibe that is more sleazy than inspiring. It’s uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and outright weird, adding to the reasons why this place is more of a juvenile hangout than a professional gym.

To add to the discomfort, the gym is infested with cameras. They’re everywhere, making you wonder if you’ve signed up for a gym membership or unwittingly agreed to star in a reality TV show. The intrusive surveillance gives off a creepy vibe, implying the owner is more interested in watching than in ensuring a quality workout environment. A word to the wise: always double-check that bathroom door.

Cleanliness seems to be an alien concept here. The place is drowning in dog hair—it’s on the benches, the machines, everywhere. And speaking of dogs, having one roam around the gym is absurd. I know this is a difficult concept for some, but it’s a gym, not a dog park. The safety risks are glaringly obvious, and yet they go completely ignored.

The five star reviews for this gym are a joke, clustered within days of each other, screaming fake and underserved praise.

To anyone looking for a gym in Tulsa, give strength company a hard pass. Save yourself from the overpriced, underwhelming experience in a gym that feels more like a voyeuristic garage than a fitness center. There are plenty of respectful, well-equipped, and professionally managed gyms out there that will value your membership and your privacy.

Edit: 5th time is the charm. I knew you’d respond with lies and inaccuracies. I never asked about PED’s, you offered, to which I declined. Not only that, you’re constantly bragging about how much tren you’re on (illegal and a felony when you get caught 😉) . You seem to always reek of marijuana and alcohol, which has led to you displaying violent behavior at the gym… so it makes sense that your unstable mental state makes I’d difficult to recall things accurately. I asked you once about a vending machine, and that was it. 3 people isn’t packed and the couple other times there was literally no one there; you’re being dramatic. The only real danger was allowing you around my family. And lastly, my business “materials” was a small card holder with a few cards…at the old location. You could have simply asked me to remove them. But again, this is likely a difficult concept for someone who struggled with severe substance abuse to grasp. Hope you get the help you...

Checked this gym out. Extremely unimpressed. Let’s break it down: The owner was rude and comes off extremely arrogant. He had an extremely large dog just roaming the gym when people were training. Let’s talk about a safety hazard…If I’m in the middle of bench pressing or anything heavy for that matter and this dog approaches my body and bumps my movement, what happens next when weights go falling and you have an injured member or an injured dog. Ontop the gym was filthy. Dog hair was all over the place and just not kept cleaned. Talk about a responsible owner…dogs aren’t meant to be in gyms. Some of the benches around the free weights were so old I was afraid that they would fold anytime I sat down on them. Bathroom was not clean.

I’m not sure how the owner and gym are getting any sort of “5 star.” Sure maybe the red aesthetics are unique and going for a classic gym, but I’d rather take my money and time to a gym that has a better attitude of an owner, one that takes pride in their facility and wants to work for his members and not a dog daycare.

Do better…

Edit (one and only edit):

William, my man...It's really sad that you have to send me a DM on my Facebook page because you don't want to publicly have a chat. It's really sad that you are THIS incompetent as a business owner that you can't keep records of guests that come into your facility. I mean I have bank records I'm sure I could pull up...Thank GOD you're not a doctor, you'd be out quicker than getting laid for the first time. Please tell me why on EARTH would anyone waste their time to write such a thought-out review on a place they have never been? Make it make sense man...Stop it and get some help. I already advised you on facebook DM to find a VA or someone to run your books. Since you can't keep track...

Also, why do you keep raving about my brokerage so much? Literally it makes me so freaking happy that you'd speak about it so much! If you ever need to sell a property I know a guy who works at that brokerage. Just like I told you on DM's, my brokerage is cloud based and keeps records of everyone's paperwork. It's pretty impressive. You should take note. This is my last and final edited review. Also, stop DMing me on social and let's keep this public so everyone can read these steamy reviews and realize the absolute mess you're getting yourself in. My review has ZERO to do with Rick so I'm not sure why you keep dropping his name. I'm considered a local guide on Google Reviews and I give 100% honest reviews...

Get off your high horse, go find a business mentor and find a dog day care for your horse dog. Brush up on your business practices and get your rule book going for your gym...You know the one that I magically have never been inside of. Your old location and new.

Again, thank you SO MUCH for viewing my social medias and shouting out my brokerage to the public. Best of...

I’ve been a member of Strength Company for two months, and it has genuinely transformed my fitness journey. This gym is a hidden gem in Tulsa, providing a unique and personalized workout experience that you can’t find in large, impersonal facilities.

Firstly, the equipment might have some history, but that’s what gives it character and charm. Each piece is well-maintained and perfectly functional, ensuring that you get a great workout every time. It’s clear that the owner takes pride in curating a space that feels authentic and dedicated to serious fitness enthusiasts.

The membership fees are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the level of personal attention and the quality of the workout environment. This isn’t just another corporate gym – it’s a community where everyone knows your name and supports your fitness goals.

As for the decor, it’s inspiring and motivational. The artwork adds a unique touch that sets Strength Company apart from the sterile, cookie-cutter gyms. It’s a place that makes you feel energized and ready to tackle your workout.

Privacy and security are top-notch here. The cameras are a thoughtful addition to ensure member safety, not an intrusion. I’ve always felt secure and well-looked after, knowing that the facility is monitored for everyone’s protection.

Cleanliness is taken very seriously. The gym is always spotless, and any concerns are addressed promptly by the attentive owner. The occasional presence of a friendly dog only adds to the welcoming atmosphere. It’s like working out in a friend’s well-equipped home gym, complete with a loyal furry companion.

The community at Strength Company is second to none. The positive vibes and supportive members make each visit enjoyable and productive. It’s a refreshing change from the often cold and impersonal feel of larger gyms.

In summary, if you’re looking for a gym in Tulsa that offers a personalized, welcoming, and effective fitness environment, Strength Company is the place to be. The five-star reviews are well-deserved, reflecting the genuine excellence of this exceptional gym. Don’t miss out on this fantastic...
