Placed an order, received confirmation of payment, 10 days went by without a shipping notification so I emailed. No response. 4 days later I called to get an update. He said my payment didn’t go though. I told him it was on my statement and I have a confirmation email. Then he said they cancelled it because they sold them (after I had ordered). I asked why I wasn’t notified and why my email wasn’t responded to. The manager hoped on the phone very frantically and unprofessional jumping down my throat asking where I sent an email to implementing I was lying. I gave him the email which was conveniently his boss who has a “broken” email. The third excuse… Never offered a sincere apology or resolution other than repeatedly saying “ I’ll make sure the moneys back on your card” when I expressed my annoyance of the lack of communication after 14 days of no communication other than my confirmation. Definitely need some managerial training. I understand needing to cancel an order, things happen. Only reason i ordered it was to use it on the one week a year i ever get time away from work to do anything i enjoy which is now the upcoming week. I Still have no tracking number 10 days later.
