I heard about Cajunboil Catering through a friend who used them for a fundraising event, so when I planned to host a similar event, I immediately chose them. Throughout the whole planning process, Cory with Cajunboil Catering was flexible, helpful, and and cared about the success of my event. Even when I had time and budget changes, Cory reassured me and worked with me to figure out the best options. When the day of my event came, Cory and his team were easy to work with and very dedicated to providing delicious food and excellent customer service. All of the food was spectacular, and even when they ran out of food left to cook, Cory and his team worked until the last second to serve as many people as possible. The wait was 25 minutes once we ordered. The food doesnt come up in the order that customer order. The prices were okay until we tried it. The red beans and rice just tasted like rice with brown water. There was no spices in it. The catfish was run of the mill catfish. The shrimp was cold. My sister got tarter sauce, and I gone now. All of my fries were stuck together like a block, my sisters were separate like they are supposed to be. That means consistcy problems The portion sizes and prices were okay, but the quality of food is not okay. I had high expectations and was let down. Had to stop my sister from storming back and demanding a refund. Really wish Rubicon Potatoes had been out there to save me from trying that truck. Tasted nothing like home...

We used them for my grandmother’s birthday and it was not a good experience. They wanted to leave because it started raining, the problem was they expected us to pay for the food they already made. This was wrong because we already paid for fish, shrimp, and the cost for them to bring out the food truck. They had additional items for purchase and since they wanted to leave we should not have been expected to pay for the a la carte items they wanted to sell to our guests. We over paid for this food.
