Cultured Hair Lounge — Local services in Tulsa

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years and always had good experiences — the staff seemed nice, and I never had any major issues. Unfortunately, that changed when Sage recently cut my son’s hair.

He had just grown it out for a couple of years, and we asked for a simple fade with a small shape-up at the top. Instead, Sage cut off several inches and completely butchered it. The result was uneven, choppy, and looked nothing like what we asked for.

I reached out to both Sage and management right away, hoping they’d try to make it right. It’s now been over a month, and I still haven’t received a refund or any real response. No follow-up, no apology, no accountability.

It’s disappointing how quickly the energy changed once there was a problem. I expected better, especially after being a loyal customer...

I have know Jesse since his years at Tonsorial and no disrespect to one of the best barber shops in Tulsa, but I think he has them beat. From the clean white and black interior, to the marble floors and beautiful head sinks in the back it’s amazing. Not to mention it was easy to find, big glass windows with the signature “Cultured Hair Lounge” written on them, along with it being right across the street from Chipotle. The cut was 45$ which included a straight razor shape up finish along with the custom haircut. Only took 45 minutes and he gave me the best haircut he’s ever given me. 10/10 would recommend at least stopping in to give the place a look or even get yourself an amazing haircut, a wholeheartedly welcomed addition to Cherry St....

Nelly was not only professional but also genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a cut that exceeded my expectations.
