The Vintage Pearl — Attraction in Tulsa

I came in April of 2021 for a unique present for my mother. The experience was initially great. I was encouraged to enter a drawing. I initially declined as I do not live anywhere close to this store. However, after some encouragement I entered the drawing for a free piece each month for a year. I asked at the time if there were limitations or restrictions and was told there were none. I specifically asked due to the length of drive to get to the store knowing I would not make the drive each month. I was not informed I could utilize the award online. Surprisingly I won and was contacted via telephone and notified of my winning. I again asked if there were any restrictions ie did I have to get a piece each month or would it expire if I did not. Again, I was informed there were no restrictions and it would not expire and I could come at any point to collect. I thought this would make wonderful Christmas presents. I waited to collect as it was my idea for special Christmas presents and to only make the drive once. I was again contacted at the beginning of November 2021 by a new employee and reminded of my winning. I spoke with this person and again asked if there were restrictions and if I needed to come in immediately. I was again told for the third time there were no restrictions and it did not expire. I advised I would be in around Thanksgiving when I had some days off. They said great. I arrived on Saturday after Thanksgiving to collect my pieces and was now informed that oh there were in fact restrictions (after being told three times there were none) and one must collect a necklace each month or it expired. I was than informed that because I waited, regardless of my previous three conversations, I could not collect my winning and May-September had expired and I was only eligible for last month and this month. While I appreciate the winning and the two free pieces I am incredibly dissatisfied at the confusion regarding the no restrictions/restrictions all of a sudden appearing. I clearly would have exercised my options differently. I would not suggest entering a drawing here as the rules will change. I now have to go back to the drawing board for Christmas items I thought were covered. I will be finishing out my award by picking something online and will not be making...

Having been married for over 15 years now, I've been a Vintage Pearl customer for much of that time with many orders placed over the years. My wife loves the personal touch that is found in every peace as we as the different themes that are available. Recently I ordered several pieces for my wife and daughter, for Valentine's Day. I decided to forego the free shipping and opted to pay the extra for UPS shipping (in our area they are the best shipper). Well, Valentine's Day came and went with no packages arriving. For the first time ever I called and spoke with customer service - the woman I spoke with was very polite and kind. It turns out that UPS lost our order...3 pieces total. She offered to have the order remade and shipped out to me to replace the lost order...on top of that she refunded my shipping without me asking.
