Even though when we walk in the store and waited in line for our turn we where not looked at I wasnât sure if he even knew we where there but not once looked up to say â hey welcome â or a â Iâll be there with you â or something to let us know okay he saw us or to feel welcome something to acknowledge we where there I kind of felt I needed to make noise to at least have an eye contact . Our phone was fix đđ» But I felt like we needed to ask the right questions so he could answer us but I was waiting for him to let us know what should we do in this case he was just waiting for us to ask I felt dumb since I really donât know anything about iPhones or any electronics. But after asking him he did tell us we would have to leave the wet phone for couple of hours and see if it would work again he just paused I looked at him wait for more info so finally I asked okay what if it doesnât work how much is it if it doesnât work . I just felt like we where bothering him with all the questions instead of him telling us â okay hereâs the situation your phone was dropped in water you will need to leave your phone for couple of hours and it would be $50 if that doesnât work we will need to replace the screen and if we do, it will be $150 â but no Like I said the iPhone was fix and they know there stuff and are pretty smart in fixing electronics but there welcoming or at least smile at the clients when they walk in would be nice đ Iâm just saying . Iâm the type of person that likes to say hi to everyone, at my work I like to make them feel comfortable and welcome . Hope this helps I would be going back in to fix other stuff because like I said they look like they know what there doing itâs just the customer service I guess Iâm just weird like that if I donât feel like Iâm welcome I wonât be going to your house. đ€·đ»ââïž But maybe it was just too early for him lol đ...
   Read moreWas told when I explained the problem that it was probably a certain part. Okay. Was told it would take x amount of time to get part. I paid for it. Several days after the allotted time, I had to call. Was told he hadn't had time to go through box. Would call me back. Did not call me back. I called a couple days later..Talked to someone else. Now told it was in. Brought phone in. Told to come back in allotted time. I did, giving him extra time. I was handed my phone. I asked if he had checked to see if the problem had been solved. No, he had not. I handed the phone back. He checked. Nope. Problem not solved. I have no idea if new part even installed as when I asked for old part, told no. He also admitted when asked if he had checked the charging port while inside the phone which he was supposed to do.. Nope. Said he didn't have time then to call someone who might know about original problem. Would call me. Nope, he didn't. I had to call back. Went in again because he still needed to check the charging port. Came back at allotted time and still had to wait. No problems solved. I won't be coming back. It's obvious that the administration is not willing to hire someone to solely work in the back to repair phones. Clerks are more interested in commissions. My phone should not be repaired on the front desk along with parts from other open phones, but clerks won't work on them in the back for fear of loosing commissions. Shame on the corporate decision to not hire real repair people AND clerks AND make salaries equitable. I will tell friends and family to steer clear of...

Old comment: Grieving for my broken phone glass shattered, and losing all my data and VERIZON wasn't any help, I told all my friends what had happened and they were NO help. Then by accident while my dentist was showing me her expanded office, I saw a RepairAll poster with a cell phone smashed just like mine . Met Claudia after being in line with other cell grieving customers. Then wala!! Got all my data after Claudia fixed my phone like brand new, transferred all my data to my new SansungS8+ and she made sure that all my priceless photos over a 1000 thru the years and contacts are auto backed without me doing anything.
