Panda Express — Restaurant in Turlock

My daughter got food poisoning after eating shrimp here. On top of that, they don't even give you a chance to order. The guy who took my family's rushed through ours. I couldn't even decide. It was the first time my little one got to eat here and he wasn't sure and I asked a couple of questions, particularly how spicy something was, to which he said it wasn't spicy at all and my son struggled the whole meal and couldn't eat it. Then, as I mentioned right off the bat, my daughter was extremely sick for 3 days with food poisoning, throwing up, severe stomach pain, and dehydration, all because of their stupid shrimp And yes, it was Panda Express who caused the food poisoning. I have no doubt about that. It didn't surprise me when they put fresh cooked food on top of the old food. They had someone spraying and cleaning over the food and wiping around the open food areas with chemicals. They had a completely filthy sticky drink station, which also did not work. Soda was over sweet (lacks carbonation), and there was no ice. They also kept their bathrooms locked while the restaurant was open. So stupid. I spent a lot of money at this place for my daughter to be miserable and sick and my son to not even get to enjoy the food he was looking forward to. Food poisoning isn't a joke. Food is okay and I'm glad that they are open but I was really put off by the lack of steamed veggies they are never available even prior to the pandemic and I have had it with the twenty plus minutes you have to wait for them to cook and be served. The thing that set me off this evening was 1. no veggies had to choose something else or wait outside in the heat veggies are my favorite but I chose something else I also had to remind her to give me the drink I paid for. 2. I didn't see the sign that says they won't give you back change! And I don't think I should have to donate my change if it's owed back to me😠 shortage or not. I had to dig for change I don't normally carry but before that the girl tried to get me to donate my fifteen cents I didn't like her cold attitude and I left there angry. If or when I eat Panda🐼 it will be a long while and definitely will not be here in Turlock this is the third time I have left this panda unsatisfied with less than joy in my heart twice with the same girl who would not retrieve the manager when I asked for him/her I'm done Panda🐼 so done with you. I was in the restaurant Around 6 PM. Cashier was so rude. When I paid for my food I asked for water cup, she gave me cup of water with no lid. I asked for lid because water was for 4 year old kid. she got upset and said we don't give lid for water which is all the time they give me lid without me asking for it. After all she gave me lid but instead of giving it to me she put them on the counter where people all the time tuch it and it is not clean especially during covid. Also they had 15 customers inside the restaurant which is on the door says 10 allowed. This is 3rd time I go to that store and see there is nothing in place, some of employees don't care about cleanness and not really careful about covid. Like today cashier after she touch cash with same gloves touch the inside of the cup, no one wants to get a drink and get sick because its hard for her to change gloves or at least not put her finger inside of the cup or put the lid on the counter where people is touching it and put thire belongings there while they are paying.
