In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Turlock

While a good amount of the time they get the order right and everything is fresh there has been some times when things were incorrect. Such as recently I got lettuce that was already rotting with that nasty sour flavor. Another time my cheese fry the cheese had not fully melted yet and they had pulled it out probably trying to hurry through the orders. My biggest complaint is that after sitting in line for 15 minutes two cars cut in front of us from the next driveway. I know management has been having a hard time seeking a solution to this problem. They had chains and cones up but I’m sure the city didn’t allow that to last long. We sat unmoving another 10 minutes so that was 25 minutes idle. It is quite upsetting to sit there and wait so long for someone to just drive up and hop in front of you. As far as the food when the manager is present it does seem up to par however when management isn’t present I think that’s when they get a little bit more sloppy. All in all it’s not a bad establishment it’s a great place but there’s nothing worse than sitting in a drive thru 25...

I have been going to In -N - Out for over 3 decades Yet this branch is the least quality I have experienced in Food and Service The animal style fries had raw onion and seemed to be reheated as the cheese was rubbery and cold on the fries with white semi fried onion

The cheese burger had pickles that is fibrous and too chewy

In the drive through they forgot to give the car ahead of me her drink, very funny they almost did the same with me I had to remind the delivery window of my order and they were giving it piece by piece and each time saying by now , and then realizing that another thing is missing I understand they are hard working kids and I respect them but this service is horrible to get specially when I am trying to get a dinner after a long working day

Arrived my hotel room and found the order missing utensils I requested and of course cold rubbery fries and very chewy burger sandwich that I could not take more than two bites

I don't know what happened to my food last night. I never been to this In-N-Out restaurant before, but I ordered my usual Animal Style Fries and burger, and both didn't taste right. I couldn't tell you why. I ate the fries first and knew something was wrong.... maybe they're not going by the original recipe....I don't know, but I NEVER went to an In-N-Out restaurant tasting this bad. It was really crowded, and I went through the drive thru..... just didn't want to get out and return it. I definitely would have, but it was too cold and too crowded and a longer line had formed I'm grateful inspite my reviews, that God is still blessing them. Maybe they changed the original recipe? All I know is I wasn't happy wasting money on bad food. Maybe this crew was stressed out by it being so busy inside...
