Where do I begin?! I initially called the store to purchase a Kimber Rapide Frost 10mm and got ahold of a kid that had ZERO clue of how to help, did nothing but sniffle 100 plus times in my ear before telling me that they were busy and his “specialist” would have to call me back when freed up! “No problem at all!” In under 2 mins I get a returned call to verify my purchase, take my payment and rush me off the phone. I called back to confirm my purchase, verify it isn’t a scam and that I have the info I need to verify I’m going to be receiving my new gun. Their response was “I was going to call you back and get it when I slowed down but figured I’d get your money upfront!” Really?! (Not sure if name) He did and up “correlating my info” but did instruct me to notify my FFL and have my FFL contact them. I immediately contact my FFL for verification and instructed to have Reds initiate the communication for transfer. I called back to Reds once again, only to get an older woman who was extremely rude and made it seem as I was inconveniencing her to provide the necessary info. After a few sideways comments from her as well as her extremely rude demeanor, my suggestion was to just cancel my order and refund my $1500. That’s right, a $1500 pistol and still being treated like this! After my cancellation request, the attitude changed and she then was willing to take my contact info for follow up on my receipt and shipping info. I still had to initiate the communication between both FFL’s being neither was willing to assist the customer. Fast forward a week, I take off work early, head into my FFL to pick up my new gun and guess what, STILL NO GUN! Yes, $1500 collected upfront a week later and still no receipt, no tracking info and NO GUN! I immediately contact Reds and get ahold of Zane. Zane is dumbfounded by the lack of customer service and how they have dropped the ball. Zane ASSURES me that this will be corrected ASAP and he would personally handle this moving forward. Since that convo, a week ago, I still don’t have the gun, no tracking number and only have a receipt reflecting my $1500 but not a complete breakdown of the weapon I purchased. I’ve tried contacting them 7 more times over the last few days without any furthered info regarding my purchase but great news, THEYRE CLOSED TODAY!! So I’ll have to start this again on Monday now. Monday, will be over 2 weeks since purchasing the gun and paying IN FULL!!!
I own over 80+ firearms as an avid collector and most aren’t even ever used! This is my 10th plus kimber and the ONLY one I’ll ever purchase from Red’s!!! Every other gun shop I’ve ever dealt with has always helped and appreciated my business, has immediately shipped the gun and have ALWAYS provided receipts, tracking and customer service!! I suggest that ANYONE who thinks about doing business with Reds takes their time and researches this review. There are many other business out there to shop/spend with and will treat you as a valued customer. NEVER AGAIN!! I’ll be sure to let everyone in the fun world know how they treat their customers and how they over promise and don’t even “under deliver!”

This establishment has made leaps and bounds backwards from the vision the original owners had to treat their staff and patrons fairly with honesty and integrity as the forefront of the businesses success. I am not sure who this Megan is that you are speaking about, but I assure you, I am not Megan!! Being a business owner myself and a resident of Twin Falls for over 50 years, I've bought firearms from your establishment and have slowly observed the price of your goods increase over the past 20+ years. I came in to your establishment looking for a specific firearm. While the staff behind the counter was very knowledgeable and friendly, your management could use some training and religion as I observed management yelling at staff and telling them they were doing stuff wrong. With customers in the store, this is very unprofessional and should have been done behind closed doors. Instead of barking orders and belittling your staff, take them behind closed doors and give them the training they need unless you have no idea how to do it yourself. The same firearm I was looking at in your establishment was significantly lower where I ultimately purchased it. In their listing, they specifically listed a pistol as being made in austria. I called in to verify that with them and they confirm it's made in austria with the features that come with the Austria version.
