The wedding of my best man's daughter at the Tybee Island Wedding Chapel & Grand Ballroom was an absolute fairy tale come to life! From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the breathtaking beauty and elegant charm of this stunning venue.
The Tybee Island Wedding Chapel exudes romance and sophistication, with its picturesque architecture and serene surroundings. As we entered the chapel, we were greeted by a sense of awe and wonder, knowing that we were about to witness something truly magical.
The ceremony itself was nothing short of perfection. Against the backdrop of the chapel's soaring arches and stained glass windows, the bride and groom exchanged vows surrounded by their loved ones. It was a moment of pure joy and love that will be cherished forever.
Following the ceremony, we made our way to the Grand Ballroom for the reception, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The ballroom was elegantly decorated, with twinkling lights, lush floral arrangements, and exquisite table settings that set the stage for a night of celebration and revelry.
The food and drinks were absolutely divine, with a menu that showcased the finest in culinary delights. From the mouthwatering appetizers to the delectable entrees and decadent desserts, every bite was a culinary delight that left us craving more.
But perhaps the most memorable aspect of the evening was the sense of joy and love that filled the air. As we danced the night away under the glittering chandeliers and starlit sky, it was clear that we were witnessing the beginning of a beautiful love story that would last a lifetime.
In conclusion, the wedding at Tybee Island Wedding Chapel & Grand Ballroom was an unforgettable experience that surpassed all expectations. Read moreMy husband & I got married here in August and everything could not have been more perfect. We did a destination wedding in Tybee and we booked the chapel before we had even been to Tybee or the Chapel! It was the best decision we made. We worked with both Alexis and Haley who were both so kind and easy to work with. They were always happy to answer any questions I had and responded very quickly. The space could not be more beautiful and it was my most perfect wedding day. My reason for 4/5 stars comes from the fact you only get 8 hours in your wedding day package before having to purchase additional hours. The morning was quite hectic trying to transfer over to the chapel and I think it would be extremely beneficial for brides to have the whole morning. I would highly recommend for the chapel to have a portfolio with pictures from previous decorations/weddings in the different spaces to make it easier for planning with destination weddings. Lastly, the chapel claims to host 180 people. I would not have over 115 guests if you would like all of your guests to be seated in the ballroom and not have any overflow into the cocktail hour space. Even at 115 guests in the ballroom, it was tighter than anticipated. Overall, would highly recommend and cannot wait to come back and...
Read moreBeautiful! Still in love with the Chapel and the Grand Ballroom! Throughout the entire planning process, the entire staff was great! The day of the wedding, there was some disconnect. There was supposed to be a member of the chapel staff there for the actual event, and there was not. Unfortunately, we had some thunderstorms and we lost power at the chapel for a brief moment just before the ceremony began. Luckily, it came back on quickly, but it did blow a fuse to their projector screen. My planner had some difficulties getting in touch with the staff to get the problem resolved, and when they did send someone out, they were unable to fix it. This was not a major deal in the grand scheme of things, but I was disappointed that I was unable to play a slideshow I had created for my late father during my father-daughter dance. I understand the weather cannot be helped, but it would have been helpful if staff was present, or able to be reached easier, and my planner didn’t have to spend time trying to reach them. Otherwise, the venue itself is stunning and we still love the...
