Rich and Famous Smoke Shop — Attraction in Union

I had a terrible experience at this store yesterday and I’m so disappointed because I have been a customer and supporter of this store over the last couple of years. The hookah that was sold to me was faulty. The person who sold me the hookah did not check the hookah to make sure all the pieces were included like they did in the past. Me trusting them I still made the purchase. I went to use the hookah at a cookout and after 15 minutes the hose kept falling out. I took the hookah back to the store that week to show them there was a problem. The person who was working spoke to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about and did nothing except give me a temporary fix. I took the hookah with me to Maryland this past weekend and guess what? I had the same problem with the hose falling out. I took the hookah back yesterday and explained this issue keeps happening and something needs to happen because i didn’t pay all this money just for the hose to keep falling out. Any and everyone knows that the hose falling out like that is not normal. The person said “because you used it we can’t do anything about it we won’t get a profit off of it”. That answer was unacceptable. As a paying customer who has given them good business and referred people to them that’s not acceptable. Then he gives me a cut up plastic piece saying “this is the best i can do” and it did absolutely nothing. I am highly disappointed in my recent experience. This person attempted to go back and forth with me after i already said I’m no longer going to be coming back here. I paid $50 for a hookah that’s no good and that I can’t even use. Nothing was resolved and the customer service I received yesterday was terrible. Not to mention when I walked in the store he was on the phone with his girlfriend and it took him a long time to actually help me. That was super unprofessional. I had to wait to write this review because it was not a 5 star review from the middle of my experience. I go in this store for the next 3 to 4 days. Day 1 I go in looking for a desktop vaporizer and I personally want the volcano vaporizer. I was hyped THEY HAD IT! They had 2 models and I thought about buying it right there but I took the rest of the night to think it over. Day 2 earlier morning not a hour since they open I go and buy it lmao. I won't get to use it until late night but that night when I go to turn it on, the fan wasn't turning on. Lol it was a bummer night. Day 3 I go back at the same time with my volcano and I talk to ALI. This guy is awesome. Fortunately the volcano I bought was under warranty and he got me another volcano. Lmfao I was hyped again. Now I had to wait 5 days for it to be shipped but I didn't care about the wait I knew I was getting a new one but I was impressed these guys customers service is unbeatable. Rich & Famous Smoke Shop is the greatest smoke shop in my area. The employees are very welcoming and knowledgeable. At first sight the shop provides a comfortable environment, they’re not pushy and are very helpful and honest about everything they sell. I’ve been smoking for 10+ years and Ali guided me in the right direction to stop. I haven’t smoked cigarettes since the day I walked into the shop. I would recommend the shop to everyone.
