I almost hate to review this place. It's gonna get a lot of great reviews and then crowded for sure. But I guess that's what happens when you do, literally, everything right! This place (and the people) blew me away. Beautiful facility. I mean, in every way. Great displays. Big, open space. Well lit. Range has multiple light intensities - bright where you want, not so bright where you don't. ONE THING - not the easiest to see from the road. Look for the Wash Hounds sign - RTSP is the driveway immediately east of it The guys working there know their stuff. They don't have the "I know more than you" demeanor 99% of all gun store guys have. In fact, I had an Aussie expat (Zee, I think his name was) take me through the process and rules. All very simple. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about gun laws (as much as a reasonably sane person can be these days). The firearms. HUGE assortment of store guns you can rent for the range. This blew me away, too. Rifles, pistols, all calibers. Something that really impressed me was that one of them was a Smith Victory .22. But they have all the 'canons', too. The rentals in my pix have yellow tags. The pix are a small sample of what's available. There's a coffee shop, comfy places to sit, instructional video . . . it just goes on and on. Prices . . . kinda steep for the ammo if you're going to rent. But that's about par for the course. One really reasonable thing - if you do gun rental, you can switch out during your session at no extra charge. Rent a 9mm Glock, switch to something else after a while, etc. If you're a beginner or just curious about what guns and shooting are all about, this is the place for you! You're gonna have a great time and be in good hands.

Must Read!!!! I went here on the 12/08/24. It was my cousin birthday so this is what he wanted to do, so I looked up a few places but this one caught my attention so we came here all the way from queens. Got here lots of parking space, very huge an clean. We scan an sign the waiver then went up to did our purchase we were in line an then a party came after us we were waiting 10 mins before we got called up when it was our turn the counter staff call a group behind us first so I said excuse me we were here first, before I got an answer another staff called us so I dropped it. Went ahead now she ask a few questions we answer. Then she proceeded to ask are any of you licensed I said my brother is she said okay, she ask to be excused, came back proceeded to ask again are any of you licensed I said yes my brother is she said are you 3 licensed I said no, she said then you can’t go ahead so I said but I don’t understand she said you have to have a license before you can make a purchase or go ahead I said okay I ask my brother I said do you wanna go ahead we will wait for you he said no. So I ask her I said I didn’t know you had to be licensed to came an shoot she said yes everyone needs to have a license, I said all these customers here have a g** license she said no so I said how can they shoot she said they came an sign up purchase an went ahead I said so why we need to be licensed she said everybody needs an ID I said as in a driver license she said yes we all look at each other disappointed an dumb like all this time you asking for a drivers license you could of said so, you had us thinking an making it difficult stating you need a license yes but what kind of license. I said okay for future wise an new customers please make it clear what license you are asking for she looked at me rolled her eyes an continue with a unwelcoming attitude. So we choose our choice it was 4 of us so we said give us 5 box bullets she said are you sure that’s too much, I said no it’s 4 of us an we wanna have enough due to it’s a celebration we wanna have fun an make sure everyone gets enough to shoot. She kept insisting no it’s too much while other customers were buying 10-15 box’s my brother said can you make it even an gives us 6 box’s she still kept denying it an didnt give it to us. Any way time to pay it was $$$$ but whatever we came to have fun. So I said just to be sure I saw its veteran own? She said yes I said great that’s another reason we came, to support, she said cash or card I said card, so I said you guys give or offer veteran discount. She said no isn’t it affordable already I said money isn’t the issue it’s just that my brother is an active veteran like why not ask? She said okay, in a joking way I said I have to meet the owner an ask him what’s going on as it’s been veteran own. She’s proceeded to say yeah good luck with that like he cares. My cousin said just pay an let’s go. So we went ahead now to the room where we had our instructor his name was Deon, he made the counter experience forgetting his attitude, service an professionalism was on point he spoke very clear an understanding he showed us how to use everything an was very easy to speak with also all the instructor that was in the room was very respectful, professional and welcoming they spoke to everyone in there made jokes an did an amazing job. The place is worth coming to, for me it was affordable and very clean. Just the girl at the counter made it very difficult. I forget to ask her name. But I will be visiting again after the holidays due to some other friends wants to come. An I I like to visit again to see if I receive the same treatment or better. then I leave a second review to confirm.

This place is super clean and neat. My friends and I were treated really well by Ahenn, the Sales rep. They have a lot of good options, and although it was pretty expensive, we didn't mind because it's an interesting experience we wanted to scratch from our bucket list. However, once we were assigned our terminal (14), we had a completely different experience. An instructor that we PAID for was acting so rude to us. He kept having tantrums, didn't want to explain the stuff to us properly and just left us be cause he got annoyed. This was so dangerous and frustrating at the same time. At some point, another really nice instructor saw what was happening and decided he would stay with us because he noticed that no one was supervising, and we didn't even know what we were doing. This was our first time doing this, and nobody should've expected us to know it all. This first instructor really looked like he didn't wanna be here and made us feel so guilty and unwelcome that we decided that we would not even finish our entire session and we just decided to return some of stuff we purchased to use and forfeited the rest of our time. We were going to double on everything but we had to leave instead. This place looks amazing but that guy really ruined what could have been a great day for us. I don't normally leave reviews but this guy (in the picture in red) with his attitude might put lives at risk so I had to do something.

I love this range, I just wish it was a little easier to get to. At some point, I may investigate getting a membership here, as you get a discount on their firearms, range time and other perks. The Range Officers are *on point* and prioritize of everyone safety above all. At times they may seem overzealous (e.g. adding/removing firearms from your bag must be done *explicitly* in your gun port, living little room for movement). Shelly (vest photographed, for reasons) is an awesome human being and the patches on the vest they had on were *chef kiss* the best thing I've ever seen. She was also super friendly :) The pricing on their firearms seems to be be okay/within sane ranges despite the times we're in. They have a fantastic selection of rifles behind their counter in the center of their store. They also seem to have a variety of things you can purchase, but given their floor space, layout, and the fact they have multiple floors, they could easily expand their inventory. Compared to some ranges in PA I've been to, their items out on the floor could easily be expanded. Also, I've never taken a class from them, but I've only heard positive things. What I enjoy about this range is that it is pretty clean. I did not realize when I went with my peers that it was the day before father's day. As a result, the range was pretty packed. The RSOs are *on top of things* here. :)

My first time there and must say I had a great experience. Before I get into that, I want to tell you the bad. The short version is 'bring your own ammo.' I had my own bullets and ran out so decided to buy another case of 50 as I still had 20 minutes left. They charged me $30 for a case of 9mm 124 grain rounds. Even the reader should understand that it's highway robbery. I'm already spending money on the range and for targets, why rip me off on the cost of bullets. Those same bullets online are $12. As a local gun owner, I can't trust buying from them as I know prices will be inflated. Yea yea members get a discount on everything but I'm not a member and shouldn't feel ripped off. There are other ranges within 20 miles and you lose customers when you try to fill your pockets. The good part: First, this place is huge. When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who directed me to the check-in area as I already had my waiver filled out. The check-in staff were amazing as well. They set me up and off I went. Once in the range, the officers in the red vest gave me a quick how-to on the system. It's pretty cool. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will go back because my buddy is a member and I'll go again with him. Definitely will bring more bullets that I can use.

I’m a member of a couple of outdoor ranges and I have never really liked the dynamics of the indoor ranges, that being said, I was very surprised with RTSP and I joined as a member. The place is really full of nice people and all the employees are on point with a sincere smile on their faces. Looking forward to many sessions at the range! UPDATE after a few months as member. The good thing: The RSO’s are definitely the best that I’ve met in different ranges. Professional, friendly and helpful. The not so good thing: I joined this range for convenience since it is close from my house and it would allow me to practice more. I took a “Draw from Holster” class to be able to practice with my USPSA holsters and carry (appendix) holster. After taking the class I found out that I wasn’t allowed to use competition holster (hanger type), strike one… after a couple months of going to the range one day I was told that they don’t allow appendix holsters anymore, strike two… So, this place it is great for most casual shooters and beginners. If you are looking for a place to do a somewhat advance training look somewhere else, and when you find it let me know to go there too :)
