Marshalls — Local services in Union

Tried to purchase a queen comforter. There were two of the same comforters on display with no price. Went to the cashiers and this one sales associate tried to tell me she went to the back and saw it for 69.99. That was was a lie because I found it on the marshalls website for 59.99. Called the store back to inform them of her inaccuracy and was told they no longer have the the comforter set BUT the sales associate did not ask for the item number or the comforter set brand so how is it possible you no longer have it? so I decided to drive back to the store, went to the display where they have the same TWO comforters that they apparently no longer had, brought it to the cashiers and also provided them with the item on my phone showing on the website the same item number and price for 59.99. Had to do all the leg work because the sales associates are the laziest workers EVER and clearly don’t care...

Hello my Lovelys 😍 pray All is well with each and everyone of you 🙏 ❤️ ok let's start with I came in lugging a big bag 🎒 on wheels well with the other bag there's no way I would have been able to shop.I asked this Really nice Lady I think she was the manager..Deyanira if she could hold my bag she was So sweet and quick to help 😊 I was so Thankful for that..the Store wonderful Ambiance ,Clean great sales and Ladies they have a Beauty section that's 0oolala .you will Love ❤️ and there prices are So reasonable, youll be Happy. they Also sell clothes and Shoes 👞 it's a must visit .It's in a mall with Several Establishments circling there . Trust me you'll Enjoy 😉 well there you have it my Lovelys 😍 ohh one more thing Everything's Cheaper in Jersey. 😉 Now go for yours Enjoy...

I'd just like to share my recent experience at this particular Marshalls in union. Like everyone we have our good days and bad days.. it's life lol.. on Jan 12th I visited and was having a bad day.. didn't go in with the intention to ask about a possible exchange for an item I received as a gift. My friend took the Marshalls tag off and didn't ask for a gift receipt so I didn't think I had an option to exchange.. when I got to the register the young lady was so polite and attentive, I decided to ask and I have to say she went above and beyond to help me. Their names Sofie B and Dee Z ( I hope I have their names correct). Sometimes just a smile will make a person's day a little better thank you for your help and you ladies were awesome! And truly...
