Verizon — Attraction in Union

Beware of potential scam. Received a call from this location pretending to be "Verizon Fraud Department" and tried to push through a password change. When questioned they insisted I could call back the same number to confirm they were Verizon. After hanging up, I called the real verizon number and confirmed there was no fraud attempt but several attempts to reset my password and gain access to my account.

Someone at this non-corporate store is using their access to customer accounts to try and defraud Verizon customers. It's tricky because the Caller ID shows "Verizon Agent" since they are...

Its a shame I can't give this review more than 5 stars. Addis, the store rep helped me with more than a few problems. I was having issues with my phone and he had it fixed in the blink of an eye. But beyond that, he noticed I was having a rough day and gave me some encouragement, along with words of wisdom that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. That is not hyperbole. I even went as far as to get his contact info incase I can ever do anything for him in the future. If every employee in the world operated like he does, we would see true progress in society....

It’s honestly an amazing feeling to be blown away with excellent customer service/experience, and this Verizon location provides it every time.

Addis and his team always goes above and beyond for their customers. We have the confidence that any concerns we have going into the store will be resolved quickly, and they always find a way to add value.

To make this clear, this is the ONLY Verizon location I will go for my cell phone needs, even though I live a half hour from there.
