THE WORST “CAR WASH” EVER I would give a 0 rating if i could. I came here (union) because i needed a wash before a wedding and was already on 22. I purchased a single platinum package, asking if wiping the interior and vaccuming would be included to which i was told yes. When my car came out it was wiped down by the associates out front and i drove away. At a stop when i turned around I realized that not only was the floor of the back seat not vacuumed as there was still dog hair on it but there was some kind of additional dirt on the actual back seats that was not there before. I have cleaned the floor with a handheld vacuum before and the hair was never an issue coming up. Additionally, upon closer inspection I realized that the sides of the doors were not wiped down as there was mud left on them, and there was still dust left on the dash, as well as dirt in the cup holders. I called and explained the residue found, and Edward advised that the service does not include cleaning down the sides of the door or the cupholders, but that the dash should have been cleaned. He offered for me to come back later this week as I cannot return today, and said they would redo the cleaning free of charge. While this offer was appreciated, it is baffling to think that paying $23 + tax for this service does not include a basic wipe down of the door, proper vacuuming or cleaning of the cup holders. I have had $12 basic car washes where that was a standard. Any time the doors need to be opened (for vacuuming) they have been wiped down in all my past experiences. My final grievance is the fact that when i exited the vehicle to open the trunk i found that dirt still remained under my back windshield wiper, as well as the foot of the trunk. I had to spend time wiping down areas of the car, door and outside, as well as re-vacuuming my back seat. I am not seeking to have the service redone, but I needed to leave this feedback because it is by far the worst car wash experience I’ve had!! Why would I pay to wash my car but leave dirt on my doors and dust on my dashboard? I was interested in bringing my car here for a full detailing as i read up on it while waiting, but this car wash made it abundantly clear, that, that would be a huge mistake!!! Glad i only wasted $25 bucks...
Read moreI am a Former monthly member of this place as of today..I’m usually not a fan of people losing their job but the “Manager” I believe his name was Mike .. needs to be demoted at the very least. After going through the wash, something told me to get out the car and check if they missed a spot, as I often have Black tire dye that gets on my car. In my lap of my car i noticed my front license plate severely dented and the cover snapped in half laying on the ground. I understand these car washes cover their self from being liable for damages, but the kind gentleman drying my car off recommended I swing back around and speak with a manger. I’d figure i’ll give it a shot, and maybe he would talk to me and offer some tape or something to patch up the damage temporarily. A kind gentleman Kenny went to go get the manager to come out and talk to me. 15 min later and after I seen Kenny go to the managers office 3 times to see when he would come out I got fed up and told him to just cancel my membership because clearly they don’t care about customer service , even for paying members.. As i’m cancelling my membership Mike finally starts to walk out the office toward my car, with his head down scrolling on his phone on the whole walk toward me. When he got to my car he stood there silent and didn’t utter one word. I told him don’t even worry about it, i’m going to leave and just cancel this plan.
Kenny apologized for his behavior multiple times and brought me some tape out in attempts to help me with a temporary solution, he gave me the respect and customer service i was hoping the “Manager” would give but he clearly could care less and it’s likely he’s just collecting a check to scroll on social media all day and not even attempt to provide basic customer service.
This car was was very convenient as I pass it on my way home from the gym but I would now much rather go out my way to be treated with some sort of respect you would expect especially as a premium monthly member.
The car washes are decent but no where near worth it in my opinion, I would avoid this place at all costs.. management is a reflection of the ownership and clearly they just want your money without attempting to return a decent...
Read moreWell, they changed my oil relatively quickly. I can't recommend cause I had a $25 coupon and member discount for the oil change that they wouldn't honor. If it was just a few bucks I wouldn't care but an additional $32 was significant. Their reasoning was that you have to tell them about the coupons before they ring you up. There's even a sign about it. Trouble is, the sign is inside and they ring you up outside. So... How would I know. What about the member discount? That was the techs fault, he saw it and forgot to add it. I asked them to void it and reprint the transaction, he asked his supervisor and whomever said they don't do that. Come on. Really? Just be straight with me. Why even send the coupons out in the first place. Doesn't seem honest, I wouldn't trust them with an oil change again. Buyer beware.
*As an update to this: someone just called me live to respond to this critique. Her first explanation was that I had a membership to a different car wash chain, not this one. We actually have two since we are in the process of moving. She let me know my WH membership expired, which I appreciate, because I thought I still had some time left on it. Our membership was sole reason I was there in the first place. I guess it doesn't matter cause it's only 10%, you can't stack the coupon, and thinking back they didn't look it up either. Or else they would have told me then. The tech denied it cause he forgot to add it prior to closing the ticket, and super denied it because they said they don't void transactions. I don't really care much it was the $25 coupon that was the issue. The person on the phone told me since I showed the coupon on my phone it wasn't valid, I would have needed to print it. That's not mentioned anywhere in the email or the coupon fine print. Then she said I should have completed the contract inside not in my car. Sure. How would I know that. Tell the tech to do that. Then she called me a liar. Soo.... Anyway, use your money where you like. I was gonna just leave it before, but here's a screenshot of the coupon, in case the Internet wants to know if I just go around lying about...
