Dunham's Sports — Attraction in Unity Township

The person working in shoes is amazing. Had an issue at first it felt like a run around when a staff there told me to call cooperate when I was on the phone with them then I took the defective shoes in (they broke after day 1 of practice) because my son has football practice and she was willing to do a 1 time thing but we couldn’t find the shoe in his size. She told me to call under armor and they put the blame back on the store. I’m not upset with the store because she’s telling me what she is told to tell me. This staff member was nice enough to tell me she will keep an eye out for that shoe for me and call me back once she goes through the shipment (yes this specific shoe is important because it’s the only wide foot shoe any stores near me sells) well corporate calls me back to figure out a solution and I told them ur staff was great and they figured it out and I was thankful for them calling me back but the lady who runs shoes is amazing and please let the owner of that franchise know how nice she was. She never once disrespected me or my child she helped me find a solution and honestly she was just amazing even if I have to end up keeping the defective shoe that’s fine because she tried her hardest to help us. Thank you Shelby ur an amazing worker. I also want to note this is my first time having an issue in the years I buy my kids stuff. I also bought other shoes that day (4) and bought in the past never had an issue this was a freak accident I just want to thank her for the respect...

What a great store! Dunham’s truly has it all. They carry a wide range of gear for just about every sport or outdoor activity, and the selection is impressive. Whether you’re looking for equipment, apparel, or accessories, you’ll find plenty of options.

It’s one of those stores where you often end up buying something, even if you didn’t plan to, because you’ll spot something you need or just can’t pass up. The prices are very competitive, which makes it even harder to leave empty handed.

They recently remodeled the store, and I think it’s a big improvement. The layout feels more open and organized, and they expanded several of the most popular sections, making everything easier to find.

The store as a whole is like any other sporting goods store. My rating is based on their firearms department. Service is ABYSMAL. Every time I go back to the gun displays, the employees act like I'm invisible. I'm not alone in this. I've seen it occur with other people standing with me, waiting for some assistance. On one occasion, an employee was straightening the ammunition shelves. Fine. But when someone is practically hovering over you and you purposefully refuse to make eye contact, that's a different story. Even more so when the customer is talking to his daughter about wanting to look at something, just a couple of feet away.

I hope the corporate management reads this. You lost two purchases from me within the past couple of months, solely due to the terrible customer service. I gladly paid a little more in both instances at established gun shops that provided...
