I unfortunately need to update my five star review to a one star. Potential clients be aware of deceptive practices and delayed communication by management! I am deeply disappointed in the customer service offered as a member. I have had a membership for around one year and needed to freeze my account, and reached out by phone to start the process in mid-March. In conversations about the freeze process I was misled over the phone and in person by staff, with them stating that I would be able to freeze my account for three months. In this process I was attempting to talk with the manager for more than three weeks to freeze my account, and never received a call back, or response to the paperwork I submitted in person. After calling at least twice a week for weeks trying to confirm that freeze paperwork was accepted, I found out the information I was provided was incorrect and the paperwork was never processed. I requested to cancel instead of freezing my account, and this is when found out I would have to pay for one more month. I called for three weeks and left multiple messages and never heard back from management at any point in this process. Please be aware that the cancellation or freeze policy only starts when you can actually reach a manager, not when you make the request. Buyer beware! Read moreI was excited when a new Med Spa was opening in my neighborhood and was eager to visit for wrinkle relaxer treatment that I've had done for years. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received here, not only from a customer service standpoint, but from a treatment standpoint as well. I had 100 units or so of Dysport injected, and within days, one eyebrow drooped significantly, and the other noticeably arched. My elevens were dramatically worse, and I had deep indentations on my forehead and all around my eyes, accompanied by a severe migraine. As I said, I have gotten wrinkle relaxers for decades at a few different places, and this has never happened at any capacity.
I was beginning to worry, so I went back into V/O, and the technician who performed my service, Teniele, essentially told me that there was nothing she could do. The manager, Amanda, then came in the room, and condescendingly stated "there was no difference" when she was comparing my before and after pictures, when it was blatantly obvious that it looked completely botched. I've exceeded day 14 after the initial treatment, and I can barely open my right eye. I participated in a loyalty program and they charged my card $99.00 per month that goes towards services and now they no longer have nurse injectors/nurse practitioners employed at their location. Their manager informed me that I signed a contract stating I cannot be refunded but will not send me a copy of the contract per my request. I have spent THOUSANDS on injections with them at this point and they have provided pitiful customer service over this matter. Do not spend your money here and do not participate in the loyalty plan!
