LOFT — Local services in Upper Arlington

This location needs an attitude and customer service adjustment. The last time I was in here all the other employees (except for one) were doing nothing but standing around talking nasty about a customer that must've just left. It was immature and unprofessional. I would've fired those 3 on the spot had I been their manager. I used to work at a Loft years ago and that lack of courtesy and performance would not have been tolerated. You are supposed to acknowledge a customer ASAP, offer help, and keep an eye on them if they need a wardrobing room...not ignore them. The one girl that was actually working was so busy straightening and putting back clothes, because the other 3 were so lazy, that she didn't have time to give to acknowledge until I was done in the dressing room. I went in to make a return and purchase a shirt to go with a pair of pants I have. I was greeted when I walked in the door, which was good. However, I was not impressed with the fakeness of the manager.
