Updated review 08/10/2025. I just had the most incredible delivery person, Mark. I made a mistake and ordered online and I thought I entered my standard 20-25% tip. When I realized the mistake, the delivery driver was on the way, and I couldn't get to an ATM in time to get cash back. I promised him that I will stop by the Utica and leave an envelope with his tip in it. I've had about 280k liikes, posts and comments on my reviews. It would be stupid to jeopardize my reputation by stiffing a delivery driver. That is a horrible thing to do, regardless. But screw over your delivery guy, why? Tips are a significant part of their wages. I'll never intentionally do something so mean, and I hope you won't either. He is very kind and certainly makes a FANTASTIC representative of your company. Thanks, again Mark. I'll make sure that envelope makes your way to you ASAP. Funny thing is, I had a bad with about 4 bucks in quarters to give him in the meantime, and I completely forgot to give it to him. Sorry, Mark. My bad. I guess the horrific news about Charlie Kirk hit us hard today. It was like a punch to the gut to me and America. So I apologize that I forgot to give it to you. Have a safe evening. Newer update: By far this is the best dispensary in Macomb County. Everyone at this location provides excellent customer service, they are very knowledgeable and quick. There selection is HUGE. Always deals on-line and in office. Bella is fantastic at the front desk and keeps the line moving. and I love their security team, especially Bubba. He is kind of ala landmark there! I've never not seen him standing at the desk, looking menacing (which he's šÆ not!) They are great. I think everyone that serves you is fantastic. They are always busy but the wait is never less than a 2 or 3 minutes long. Scott B. Is one my favorite associates to deal with. He is extremely kind and is always smiling. I will ask for him and will wait an extra minute or two if I have to. I recently went through a traumatic event, losing my seizure service German Shepherd Dog, and he always asks me how I'm doing since it happened. I highly recommend this place. It's like a candy store for adults. š Everyone there is kind and provides great service. If they continue to hire people with the high caliber of knowledge that their current staff has, they will never get less than a 5 star rating. Ā Ā Ā Read moreVisited this store today and had a great experience until we got to the parking lot to leave. We advised our bud tender we werenāt locals when she asked if we shop here regularly. We were passing through on our way home, about 2.5 hours of driving still ahead of us. When we got to the parking lot we spent roughly 2 to 3 minutes putting stuff into our trunk and getting a fresh drink out of the cooler when the security guard approached us. I could tell right away he was apprehensive in approaching us. He was extremely kind and fumbled for words a bit and said, āIām sorry but the workers asked me to come out here and tell you that you arenāt allowed to smoke hereā. I replied that we had absolutely no intention of smoking here and had already loaded all of our product into the trunk of our car.ā Iām sure he could tell I looked shocked as he said, āHow about your vape?ā I said this is just a refillable nicotine vape. No marijuana in my vape at all. I made him stand by to view the bottle, back-up pod, and back-up charged vape I always carry in a zip lock bag when I travel. The security guard was extremely nice, but we wonāt be back to this business. Absolutely nothing we did indicated we would be staying to smoke and honestly I think the security guard knew it as well, which is why he had such a pleasant and passive demeanor when he approached us. I am well aware of the dispo rules of no product consumption on site. The vape I had was in my hands the entire time I was in the store. A concerned employee could of asked at any time if it was a THC vape, but instead waited till we were leaving to have security track us down to tell us we couldnāt smoke there, which again we werenāt doing in the first place. We felt extremely uncomfortable and we wondered why on earth we were even targeted in the first place. I had my breakfast bowl at the hotel before heading there and was loading my trunk when we were approached. No aroma of freshly smoked weed and we werenāt lingering around for a long time. We wonāt be back when we visit again, they sell the same stuff everyone else does, so Puff Cannabis is out. Iāve shopped in Michigan for years now and have never had this happen. Im a one legged amputee living in Kentucky and I came in with some specific requests. Jackie was my bud tender and man was she AMAZING! I asked for something that would blow my mind and she delivered. A couple of rips of what she recommended and I KO'd myself. I definitely found my new strain. After the initial KO I felt amazing. Orange bomb if anyone is wondering.
Jackie sat and listened to me for a bit. Made great recommendations and I can say she definitely knows her stuff. I will only accept her as my bud tender from now on. Period. I'll be that annoying customer, I don't care. It's like when you find a good barber and then don't want anyone else to cut your hair.
The stuff she recommended had me feeling better than I ever have in my life and I need it as I'm 7 times deployed and all other related traumas associated with that.
Her articulation of her recommendations really spoke about how well she really understands this company's products. It definitely shows her compassion and understanding of the customers requests. I went into this store already irritated with other things going on and immediately when talking with her, I was automatically uplifted and felt just overall good about myself. This woman I swear is an ambassador to this company. I know I don't have much of a say in all this but if I owned this location, I'd immediately be giving her a raise and finding positions for her higher up in the company. Basically, I'm saying, recognize talent when you see it.
