GameStop — Attraction in Valdosta

There are people who work there, that are really great. Yeah gamestop is as at many time expected to be as any other of its stores. Yet I feel if the people who work in the store are good people, then I want to give my business to those stores. There's some people there who have been great and honestly nice people who remember me, and have done all they could to help me in the store if needed. With a few health problems it was hard at times to come into town, and when I did, they always asked how I was. Even specifically remembering the problems I have, and asking if things have got better. Like after a surgery, they would make sure if I couldn't carry heavy things, reach things, or just find something. They would make sure to help in any way possible. Also if I called ahead, they would make sure things I asked for were held, and even with complications of getting things or me being able to pick things up in time. They made sure they looked out for me. As for how the store is, I have much respect and care for the people who helped me a lot over the years in this store. Horrible Experience I purchased 2 XBOXS X during the holidays that came with modern warfare. Im not a shooting game person. So drove 1 hour to come to this game stop to trade in for another game! Since I’m a Pro Member it would’ve definitely been a great deal to trade in my games for another game. As I walk In the store I was Pleasantly greeted as a Customer. As I explain To the gentleman who helped me I want to trade in my games. I was rudely interrupted by him stating “I can Only trade in 1 of the Modern warfares.” I actually wanted games but I felt uncomfortable and unwanted so I got cash and left. He definitely made me uncomfortable as a customer which shouldn’t have happened. I’ve never had this experience in California..

We came in with an Xbox series s we didn’t want no more just trying to sell the console and wires. The guy says we need a wireless controller with it and we would get 100 to 200. We go get a new controller and bring it back, he try’s the game system of course and that’s no problem, the problem is where he is telling me something is wrong with the hdmi port.
