Legendary Tan — Attraction in Vancouver

Treesa is the best and the ultimate in customer service! We have gone to her for years, then moved 30 minutes away so tried Palm Beach Tan closer to our home. It was fine the first couple times, but then the machine was broken several times in a row. One night, my husband and I went to PBT for a tan in the booth, and the machine was broken (again), so we drove 20 minutes to the closest one (they told us to) and theirs was broken too! So we called another location and they said that they would be closing right when we got there, and even knowing we had been driving around for an hour said they wouldn't keep it open for us. We called Legendary Tan, the person who answered said they would call Treesa (owner), and she came in after closing to take care of us. It really shows her care, and the difference between a chain and a local small business. Now we drive 30 minutes for a spraytan:). Teresa is awesome! I actually was looking at Palm tan (but they weren't helpful and the girl behind the desk had LITERALLY no interest in explaining anything) so i decided to drive 20 minutes here to Legendary Tan instead because of all the positive reviews and let me tell you she's very helpful and knows exactly what she's talking about. She's very friendly and has a lot of great recommendations and if you are first-timer like I was she explains everything clearly so you know what you're doing and she always has a great smile and attitude I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking to start tanning or have been tanning for a while and wants a nice location that's clean and well maintained. And not to mention the pricing is great! I've never had such an awesome tan in my life and I lived in Hawaii! I wish I could give this 10 Stars...

Teresa the owner, is beyond impressive. I tanned at this location over a year ago. I put a freeze on my account during the winter months. Unfortunately, I lost my debit card which was attached to my tanning package and completely forgot my package was debited from that card. Fast forward to now, I walk in and tell Teresa I want to reactivate my tanning package, knowing full well I probably wouldn't get any of the funds back from the freezing period. Not only did she remember my name (from a year ago), she credited back to me all the months that were debited when my original card was on file, she still had my lotion bag hanging up for me, and gave me 30% off new lotion. I cannot recommend this location enough. I won't tan...
