Mill Plain Car Town Center — Attraction in Vancouver

Went to Target here. It was a mess. Boxes and debris all over the floor. Several employees stocking and cleaning. Had one employee hit my basket with his cart. He just kept walking. Another employee blocking an area that had a product I needed. I excused myself to get to it. Got a sour look and no verbal response or common courtesy from him. They had the 10 items or less lane open only otherwise you had to self checkout and I had a basket full of stuff. I would not recommend this...

really busy and there was a very rude driver who yelled something out the window to me as I was waiting for the light to change and he was in the left hand turn lane and I was in the lane heading straight and he went ahead and tried to maneuver in front of me couldn't do it so we got in behind me and then when he have the chance you decided to roll down his window and yell something derogatory and and crass I'm I'm imagining a lot of overprivileged white...

Can be pretty busy my bank is located within this plaza. My only complaint would be by individual business types but only one business in particular. There's a post office, spaghetti factory, bevmo, vacuum cleaner supplies and sales, eyeglass store, teriyaki, I think two barber and salon shops, coldstone creamery ice cream, baja fresh, Jimmy John's, target, cell phone store, onpoint bank. I may have missed one or two business but many...
