It doesn’t get better then this….😋 Come try THE BEST THAIFOOD IN VANCOUVER, WA 📍 #vancouverwashington #thaifood #foodtok #fyp

Great place and here's all my reasons why: First, it's very clean. Second, I had great service, starting with offering chopsticks before I could request them myself. She filled my iced tea before I could even think about asking, kept my table clear, brought spice when she offered and I accepted, and provided a full to-go iced tea all while not bugging me half to death like sime places do. Last, the food was good. I had the crab puffs, which were packed super full and were very tasty, and the pad Thai. Now normally I'm not a fan of pad Thai. I got it with the chicken, tofu, and shrimp and was fully prepared to painstakingly remove the tofu. She also asked if I like spicy, which I didn't expect, and I said yes. It arrived and the proteins were cut very small, to the point and was surprisingly good. Part way through she asked how I like the spice and asked if I wanted more. Yep! I like spicy. 🔥She brought a condiment thing and I tasted each first. By themselves, nothing to write home about. But mixing them, lordy, that brought the dish to a whole new level! I heaped on a lot of the red ketchupy consistency stuff, added fish sauce kind of stuff, and shook on a lot of red pepper. Instead of being volcanic hot, the combination developed into a flavor sensation what was fan- effing- tastic! So, to wrap up, go there, get great service, and add condiments to your order to increase its flavor profile. So worth your effort and $$.

I got the pad thai with tofu to take home. It was a bit sweeter than expected but it was very tasty and fresh. I got this from the take out menu, I didn't receive a fork or napkins which was odd so I had to go back and ask. They also charged an extra 1.50 for hot sauce which I found odd and not at all standard. This is not the best thai food I've had but still good enough to go back and worth the 4 stars. Next time they should ensure a fork and napkins are included in a take out order since some need to eat in the car or the go or for lunch etc. I had my baby with me so it was def annoying going back and asking for a fork P.s also R.E.M. they are small portions

This was my very first experience with this restaurant. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I am a curry LOVER and was excited to get my curry from somewhere new. THIS was a mistake. I will never return here, My boyfriend called in the order for pick-up. We got an order of Pad Thai and red curry. When I opened it up it was mostly bamboo shoots, three small peppers, chicken was over cooked, and there was NO heat. I couldn't even eat it. I love spicy and I know they didn't put any spice in. I called and made a complaint. They said bring it back. I drove all the way down there to have them tell me you have to ask for spice. But out of several other restaurants they always ask ME THE CUSTOMER. Well on their lid it says MEDIUM SPICE. she said that's just how they explain "no" spice she said. WHATEVER that doesn't even make SENSE.... So I said are you going to remake it? Can I get a refund because I'm not happy with my service. They said yes. They took my old curry I brought back and added spice to my old curry!! Worst customer satisfaction I've every seen in my whole life. I can't believe I gave them even a dollar to keep this place running. Didn't even have the courtesy to make a new curry for a first-time customer!!!! I hope...

I would give Arawan Thai Cuisine Vancouver zero stars if I could!! I purchased lunch on 09/29/22, which is the day I originally posted this review on Yelp. My chicken pad thai wasn't cooked as I specified so I called right back in 10 mins later after arriving to my destination.. which was my travel time. All I wanted was, my order replaced. Phen... I believe it was her (apologies if it was the other lady) immediately stated I can't get my money back but I can bring my food back into the restaurant and they will put it back on the grill!

How freaking gross it that!! I just dug my chopsticks in this food and you would rather contaminate the grill and other customers meals than to replace or refund my order?!! How ridiculous is this and how many times has Arawan Thai Cuisine Vancouver actually done just that? If they get closed down, it's because I am reporting this to the health department. Absolutely disgusting and I am tired of poor customer service, philth, and businesses run by people who don't care about their customers, or the customer experience.. so very, very, very...
