Why do they even have a refill sign if they don't check there. I stood there 10. Minutes. Missing my movie. I tried flagging people down. I spent a total of a half hour after I went to stand in the concession line to get the refill. There was a man named Gale. He was wearing a suit that works here. He made it sound like it was all my fault that I had to wait so long. Yup. I just enjoy standing around missing my movie I paid for. This was my worst experience at a regal ever. I will not come back here even tho it is my local theatre.

Me, my little brother, my dad, and my great uncle went to go see the Minecraft movie as my little brother's first movie in a movie theater! The front desk was so clean and had many options of drinks and candy to choose from, and they also had many flavors of popcorn seasoning! The actual theater experience was excellent! The theater was really clean and really quiet so we could hear the movie perfectly! And the bathrooms were phenomenal and beautifully clean! 11/10 highly recommend!

Took advantage of the Tuesday $5 movie special. The theater is well staffed and very clean. Comfortable seats and the sound system is good. Ample handicap parking wheelchair accessible entrances with designated space in the theater. As with most movie theaters it's pretty expensive for beverages popcorn candy Etc. 3 small bottles of water and a medium popcorn were pretty close to 30 bucks with tax.

I hate to write this but I will not be attending this theater again. Today(Saturday the Dec 9th) I went to see a 1:45pm showing, brought my friends and their small children to see Coco and was virtually ignored by the staff for over 10 minutes. There was no one out front at the ticket booth, just a sign that said buy tickets inside. When I walked in there were two guests being helped by employees but no one else in the entire foyer, it was completely empty. After one couple was helped the employee never acknowledged me or my friends, she left from behind the desk and simply went to sweeping up popcorn and tinkering with devices behind the concession stand. The other employee behind the counter looked like a manager; wore a grey suit and had what looked like short brownish-reddish hair, perhaps a bit balding, he was helping an older woman with a gift card issue. We waited behind her for over 10 minutes. Never once did he look at me and my friends, acknowledge me or speak to me. Didn’t even give the courtesy of saying “I’m with a customer, I’ll be right with you” or “do you need to purchase a ticket”. Just 10 minutes of a customer feeling utterly invisible by its staff in an empty foyer. I’ve worked in retail and restaurants long enough to know how inappropriate that is.

We originally arrived a little late to the film to avoid the previews and the possible frozen short film we heard was playing before Coco so when we were finally helped the manager didn’t apologize for the long wait and even scoffed a bit that we were late to the film, completely dismissing that he kept us waiting in an empty foyer, thus causing us to miss the beginning of the film. I could understand if they were busy but they were not. Not a single person in line for tickets or concession except us.

As a black male in a completely all white city like Vancouver I wondered if my what I experienced was simply bad management or someones racial bias being played out or both. But regardless, as a customer it seemed like I didn’t matter. And that alone is why I won’t be going...

Saw Ant-Man and The Wasp here. Not my usual choice of theater and I sure won't be revisiting it again. First of all, parking was horrendous. Yes, It was a Tuesday. But nobody knew how to park. There was at least 5 or 6 cars parked over the line or in two different spots just because. The second thing was when I got into the theater, was waiting in concessions. My boyfriend was waiting in line far past when the movie started because the cashiers did something wrong and tried to have him check out with cash and it was a huge ordeal. Then when I got into the theater to find us seats while he was in line for concessions, there was barely any seats. The woman in box said it was half full. It did not seem "half full". More like mostly full. So finally my boyfriend gets in to sit down beside me clearly annoyed at the service. He hands me my pretzel which is cold. And later I find out the person that cooked his food kept opening and closing things to put/pull items in and out which makes things take longer to cook which is why he missed the beginning. Also, he had asked the person cooking if anyone was using the oven to guesstimate how long it would take if he ordered food (since he is a regal employee he knows) and they told him nothing was in the oven. But finally, we are sitting down and we enjoy the movie even down to the cryptic ending. We head out and make the mistake of wanting a refill on our soda. There is a "refill here" sign on the left of the concessions stand, so we go stand there. An employee made eye contact with us, but then goes to help customers just walking up that got there after us. We stand there for another 5 minutes and nothing. So we go stand in the actual line and finally get our refill. The employee that helped us was nice and asked how our movie was as he refilled it, but when I got outside, and tasted it, it was extremely watered down and ended up being dumped down the drain when we got home. So that's why there is 1☆. I'd honestly good it 0 if I could, but we all know that...

Last night I went to the movies to see Shazam I haven’t been to that theater or any theater for years now the actual movie began at about 7:40 PM I enjoyed the movie I sat through the ending credits there was a cute little goldfish scene at the end of the credits and immediately at that time all of the lights went off inside of the theater so I had to wait until my eyes focused in order to see where my purse was and I have to feel around for my cell phone so I could use the flashlight on it after a couple minutes I was able to find the phone turn the flashlight on if on the rest of my belongings and proceeded to walk out carefully it was pitch black dark I got to the door and walked out the door everything was pitch black dark there were no lights on anywhere in the building I was able to find my way towards the front and it was pitch black dark it was scary I was the only person around in the movie had just ended as I was approaching the doors to try and figure out how I was going to get out of that place I saw two people and I started talking to them to let them know that I was a customer and I got blacked out inside the theater unable to see because they turned off all of the lights and I was still there I am a senior citizenNight vision in dark rooms are not the best scenario for me I was fortunate enough to figure out how to turn the flashlight on on my smart phone which I had never used that app before or maybe that’s a feature I don’t know anyway I did find it how could they not check and see that people are inside before they black in the entire building I feel that if I had taken any longer I would’ve been locked in the place and no one would’ve...
