GameStop — Attraction in Ventura

This one of the Gamestop stores that you will find retro games. We were lucky to grab 2 dreamcast controllers, one with a memory card at that. The service was excellent. The young lady with short wavy hair that was there on April 25 was handling several customers at a time. She had great customer service and answered all the questions a family before us had very kindly and professionally (yes, even the childrens questions). Usually, customer service is a hit and miss with the other staff. Besides greeting everyone, she made time for each customer and treated all the same in comparison to some of the other staff.

I called over 10x as I was driving over. I only wanted to see if a game was in stock. When I arrived I saw the employee Nimsu and another employee just relaxing at the help desk. They could have easily taken my call. The game I was checking on wasn't in stock. Nimsu told me Rose ave game stop had plenty of copies. I asked him to call and make sure but he just said don't worry they have plenty of copies. When I arrived at Rose they told me they have been sold out for days. I'm reviewing the top 2 reviews. Firstly, You need a valid ID if you're going to be trading or buying anything higher than a TEEN rated game, just like when u go to buy alchohol, have to have a valid ID. And secondly to the woman who went noticed... is that why you walk into stores? Not to buy anything but for people to give you attention? You were jealous the two employees were into each other and u felt left out. Just buy something and leave why do people have to act like they care about strangers?
