On may 18,2018 at 1:46pm I sent a mobile order to the Starbuck on Main & Telephone. The last two  times I ordered from this store the drinks were made incorrect. I normally don't say anything, but today was the third time and when you pay $5 for a cappuccino one expects the barista to read simple instructions like add whipped cream. I politely asked Selena if she would add whipped cream to the drink. She was defensive from the start and confirmed with a mumble and set it in a line of 6 cups and turned her back, walked off to the corner and shuffled things around the countertop. I waited 5 minutes and asked for a refund. I told Selena that I already waited for the drink and shouldn't have to wait in line for whipped cream. Selena had a chip on her shoulder and suggested that there are always other Starbucks for me if I didn't like it. I was on my way out feeling very disappointed that I drove to the store leaving empty handed and not one employee stepped up to rectify the situation. They would rather refund my coffee then reach for the bottle of whipped cream. I asked for their manager's contact info and Selena acted like I was being unreasonable. She gave me the line, "I'm a human too." She asked her colleagues if she could go into the back room as if I was being unreasonable. So here is a store with 4 employees, one is in the back of the store doing nothing, another was stocking cups, two were on the bar and all I was asking for was whip cream. I'm very disappointed in how this was handled. I asked the shift supervisor for the manager's and district manager's card or contact information and she refused to provide it for me.    Read moreNow my experience here makes more sense after reading these reviews because it seems like some of these workers say or do inappropriate things just for no reason or something cause I was having a coffee and a breakfast sandwich one afternoon like I do all the time at Starbucks, I go most every day to srarbucks so I'm a good customer and I was looking at my phone for awhile and eating my sandwich and having my coffee like always and then out of nowhere this security guy comes in and tells me I have to leave and so I'm totally flabbergasted cause that's never happened to me ever at Starbucks and so he says that if I don't leave he's gonna call the police , so of course I tell him I have no clue why he wants me to leave and tell him my cars right there and I get up to leave and go out to my car and the guy is very rude and won't explain anything and finally just says that people were complaining I was harassing people. At that point I didn't know what to say cause I've sat and had my coffee and breakfast sandwich for ten years every day mostly and never ever had a problem, I usually sit and read or look at my phone. The weird part is that I've been at Starbucks before where there were people that were bothering people by making loud noises or shaking a lot or whatever like on drugs or something and the people around them actually leave cause it's uncomfortable and the employees never did anything, one weird guy even walked behind the counter and they just told him he couldn't do that and then he just went back and sat down and started staring at everybody again making them feel uncomfortable, so weird that to a good loyal customer like me they're telling me I'm harassing people or something, hard...
   Read moreMy grandma called because she was curious about catering orders. She has a monthly church meeting every Sunday morning. After her surgery her church has been her biggest support and she wanted to say thank you to everyone who has been there for her by bringing in coffee and her homemade banana bread. I will admit my grandma used to be a heavy smoker and her voice isn't as sweet as it used to be. When she called at 8:18pm on January 15th 2025 some entitled girl answered the phone and when my grandma asked if they catered, the girl on the phone responded with "I'm calling the police" and hung up on my grandma. I called back not even 5 minutes later after my grandma told me what happened. Luis picked up the phone. When I told him about what happened he acted like he didn't know. He said to me, "we haven't gotten any calls the past few hours" refusing to acknowledge the horrible service my grandma received. This was never a joke, I don't know if they thought this was a prank call or something but my grandma is extremely upset as am I. We will not be returning to this location and I would hope further investigation/repercussions are taken on the girl who answered the phone. Take your money...
