Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Ventura

A Disappointing Experience at Chick-fil-A I'm no stranger to the Chick-fil-A brand, having enjoyed their offerings at various locations over the years, but my recent visit to this particular outlet was nothing short of a letdown. It pains me to write this, but I feel compelled to share that this was, by a considerable margin, the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, the atmosphere felt off. The usually cheerful ambiance that Chick-fil-A is known for was nowhere to be found. Instead, it was replaced by a palpable sense of discontent among the employees. Their unhappiness was almost as evident as the lack of customer service I encountered. The food, which is typically a redeeming feature, was a major disappointment. It was as if the care and attention to detail that Chick-fil-A is known for had been completely forgotten. My order was not only prepared incorrectly but was nearly inedible. A simple request for light ice resulted in a cup brimming with ice, leaving barely any room for the drink itself. To add insult to injury, my attempt to enjoy a Greek parfait was thwarted by the absence of granola, which is essential to the experience. Not only that, but I wasn't even provided with a spoon, rendering my parfait almost impossible to eat. In summary, this visit was a series of unfortunate missteps. It's with a heavy heart that I say I will not be returning to this Chick-fil-A location. The lack of proper customer service and the apparent dissatisfaction among the staff have led to a decline in the quality that many have come to love and expect from this establishment. I can only hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements will be made for the sake of future customers. Even spoke with the manager all she did was offer a refund.......

😫Update #2: Another miss at this location!! My sisters sandwich had no cheese despite adding and paying for it, I ordered chickfila sauce for the sandwich and fries and didn't get ANY SAUCE. Ordered NO PICKLE, but somehow she got that on her burger??? So she had a dry burger and dry fries. I have ordered the Market salad for YEARS. The presentation was SAD. Messily tossed around, skimpy with the chicken and little to no berries. I go here because it used to be good and the convenience, but I think I may need to take my business to the Oxnard location.

UPDATE#1 Point savers don't Savor!! I finally used 2500 of my points on a Spicy Chicken Meal and literally got the "free" sized chicken patty. It's not the normal big, thick juicy piece. (See the photo) AND These points aren't free. They are earned spending money - 12pts for every dollar spent 2500 ÷ 12 = $208.33

Then I noticed the Sandwich is 800- fries 400 and drink 400 = 1,600 They definitely Fooled me. SMH....

ORIGINAL: What's not to like. Christian owned and delicious fast food! Love that they keep sabbath a holy day. 👼 My go-to for a healthier option is the Market Salad, sub grilled nuggets (regular fried nuggies if your feeling extra), 2 Avocado Ranch dressings and I skip the granola (sweet enough with the 🫐 blueberries and strawberries 🍓. My guilty pleasures are a spicy sandwich with just Colby jack cheese and Chick-fil-A sauce & an ice dream cone...trust me it is dreamy!!☁️🍦☁️🍦☁️ Fyi- bags of their wonderful pellet...

This place is abso-freakin-lutely FANTASTIC! The food is made super quick, it's DELICIOUS, high quality, fresh, and pretty dang inexpensive. Especially for what it is.

The service is like nothing you would ever believe. And with the app, you can order your food, park in one of the parking spots right outside the door labeled "Curbside delivery parking" and they'll BRING YOUR FOOD OUT TO YOU! FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE!

I legit have not been inside of the store for like 90% of all the times I've been to Chick-fil-A, because this feature is just that freaking useful, it's insane!

And if they get your order wrong, they'll like practically give you their left kidney and bow before your name as they beg for forgiveness. (Not really, but they give you free sandwiches and cookies and stuff, lol,)

It's actually hilarious. If Chick-fil-A takes the same amount of time as McDonald's or any other fast food place takes, they give you free food because they "Took so long" it's actually amazing

This place is absolutely incredible, and there is no comparison between this and other fast food. It's..."Simply The Best" lol
