We were literally the very First Customers after their Soft Opening! They are The KINDEST Gentleman! I came back the following day, as I promised, and ordered a bowl. All of the food looks AMAZING! I ordered the Lamb mix as the protein, every side except Jalepeño ( have to try it all, Right? Lol) 3 different types if Hummus ( I completely FORGOT the Tzateki, next time!) And ordered Dolmides on the side. The Portion is GENEROUS! SO Generous that I had some for lunch the next day and was SO full! The base I got was Couscous and Warm Garbanzo Beans, cannot forget that! This HEALTHY Mediterranean Food at a Fantastic Price! Only $13+ tax for your choice of a Wrap, Bowl or on Pita! I am Praying they DO NOT raise their prices! I feel this Price with the Portion with the immense FLAVOR and Fresh Quality of the Food here is a SERIOUS Competition with Luna Grill, Stephen's Market, The Olive ( who are all Overpriced for what you get and NOT as Tasty as Hummus Republic) If you are looking for something Different , Delicious And Healthy, You HAVE to try this New Restaurant! There are Several Vegan and Vegetarian options that are Delicios as well. Just before closing on the evening of the soft opening we were able to try the Lemon chicken ( Delicious) and Falafel. The Falafel has the BEST Flavor than Any I have had in YEARS! And , he was honest in telling us they had Bern sitting about 30 minutes. Next time I can't wait to order Fresh Falafel and another Bowl! Chipotlesque concept - store looks impeccable, bright and clean! Was here on Sat afternoon and it was pretty much empty. They have a BOGO promo on Uber Eats and I thought this would be a great opportunity to try.

We got the bowl and opted for almost all the toppings and protein they offered between the two bowls. The lemon chicken and shawarma were good, crispy chicken and falafel were good but latter definitely doesn't have the crispiness that I was hoping which was kinda disappointing - it looks like everything have been sitting for a while.
