Zeran Jewelers — Attraction in Vero Beach

The lady owner of the company was polite and helpful, i bought 2 batteries for 2 of my watches my Marc Jacobs watch and my Steve Madden watch which was inexpensive😊 but her mother was rude and the reason why i say what i am saying is because when the mother helped me look in one of their watch books i asked her to write down the name of the company of that book we was looking though, so i could go online and look at some of the watches myself at my own time and when the mother did write it down on a Zaran bussiness card in a sense she threw the card down on the glass at me meaning i was standing write in front of her and she drop the bussiness card on the glass stand write in front of me instead of handing it in my hand like she should have did to a paying customer. I like good customer service and when i get good treatment it makes me want to go back again and again. I mite go back because the price of the batteries for the watch and the lady owner Miss Zaran and i say Miss Zaran because she told me she was divorced, was very polite and helpful and she actually told me a few things about watches which i am clueless about watches so for that reason i will probably go back but will refuse to deal with her mother when ever i go back. Just because Miss Zaran was so polite and helpful i might just call and have her look at my review so she can be aware of what her mother has done to make a paying customer feel dissatisfied. Some customers probably wouldnt have a problem with how the mother handle that situation but i will say it makes me wander if she is racist or makes me feel that because i am not rich i shouldnt get good...

I had a great experience at Zeran Jewelers in Vero Beach. I brought in my Luminox watch with a metal band to be sized and the owner was very patient and attentive in making sure it fit just right with a little room for adjustments. My wife also brought in her Luminox watch with a rubber strap to be sized. Unfortunately it ended up still being too tight without any room for adjustments.

The owner took personal responsibility right away. He apologized and ordered a replacement rubber strap for my wife's watch, free of charge. He was so courteous, empathetic, and knowledgeable about the Luminox brand.

Just last week I had my first experience with Zeran Jewelers. I had searched for a special ring for my daughter for the past few months and had settled on one at a chain jewelry store. It didn’t feel like the “one” but the best option. When I walked into Zeran’s and told him what I was looking for specifically he was genuinely invested like it was his daughter. We picked out a great diamond and found the perfect setting (exactly what I wanted but didn’t think it was going to happen). So..... he asked how much time do you have? That was an issue. By this time it was 2 days from my daughter‘s birthday. Mr. Zeran got on the phone with his supplier, had it overnighted, put it together and had it ready in less than 24 hours!! All that to get the perfect ring (according to my daughter also) for, get this.....LESS THAN the nice but inferior ring at the big chain jewelry store. I was blown away. I was never pressured with sales tactics or up sell techniques. It was an amazing experience all the way...
