Your new Two weeks employee Sam is amazing one of the best you’ve ever had, ! He measures things correctly, unlike you who stretch the tape measure out an inch over the package in every direction. hope you can keep Sam, don’t leave him in the lurch Friday’s midday After two weeks for your lunch. I admire his patience, smile, politeness, and accuracy in all transactions.. There is a lot of turnover in your staff, and we certainly miss Laura and Dan The previous owners who always had a variety of useful inventory rather than Junk from China. Also, your packaging, Limited Inventory Are definitely 0VERPRICED! Hope you can do better...

Yet yesterday, I had an overnight package and even called in to confirm they could promise delivery to an overnight package. They said: “yes our ups driver arrives at 5pm”
Guess what. My package was never scanned till 8:13pm last night Oct 24, 2025 and now it’s delayed.
This is the mess I was trying to avoid. To guys do not honor overnight packages as you do not properly know how to get that lazy ups driver to scan the package in on time.
Now I have to go through the hassle of requesting a refund….. don’t waste your time here with overnight packages they simply just do not care.

Read moreI showed up there at 8:30a when it was supposed to open, nobody was there. I called the number on the door and nobody answered so I left a message to confirm the hours. Since I had driven 20 minutes to get there I decided to wait and see if anyone showed up. About 8:40 a lady showed up, not in any hurry, unlocked the door and flipped on the open sign. I gave her 5 minutes or so to get things going and went in. When I let her know I needed to drop off a package she responded simply "ok" and didn't even come up to the counter. I asked "so do I just leave it on a counter?". All I got was an annoyed "yep". Maybe they aren't morning people there so I guess I'll go some place else if I have to drop off a FedEx package...
