My son and I stopped by 8 to 8 today. We hadn't been there in a while. Mike wasn't there unfortunately, but the young man who helped us was fantastic. He guided us to right product and was spot on. The hospitality he showed us was beyond outstanding. A beautiful store, an outstanding selection, and really cool people we spoke to while there. ( other customers) Mike and Sam are two of the nicest and classiest guys you will ever meet. The fellow who helped us out today was right there with them. A 100% class operation. Besides a great selection and help staff, this is the friendliest place I have found to relax and enjoy a good cigar. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and helpful (not to mention patient) but they have actually remembered my past selections and offered alternatives (if you liked that, then you might like this) when I feel like something different. The regulars are hospitable without being pushy and the amenities are good (coffee, water, restrooms, etc.) and once, one of the regulars even brought in girl scout cookies. I stopped in this evening with my wife to pick up some some cigars for a friend's upcoming wedding this weekend. Doing this was kind of a last minute thought but I wanted to make sure that whatever I got was a decent cigar without breaking the bank.

Mike helped us and he really knocked the ball out of the park. With his guidance, we ended up purchasing a box of 10 Buenaventura's, a decent slow burn (30 to 40 minutes) cigar that resembles a Cuban product. He threw in a cutter and some matches.
