The owner Ehsan is really rude and disrespectful. He mislead my purchase from the start. Did not explain to me a restock fee and the receipt did not have anything written about a restock fee. When I was there in person they talked back to me and made me feel disrespected, antagonized and scammed. He kept talking to me about how they need to make money as a business. He kept saying how he, as a business, needs to make profit. That is extremely unacceptable behavior coming from a customers standpoint. A business owner cannot talk about how they are going to make profit about customers right in front of them. Then he went on to say how they have excellent customer service while there was an unsatisfied customer in store. I hope that everyone reads this and understands that this is an unethical business run by borderline scammers as they have really shady wording in their receipts that do not clearly define a 20% restock fee. When we asked them why it is not stated anywhere on the receipt or in the store, instead of giving us a logical answer, he snapped at us and exclaimed that we have no right to ask them why they don’t disclose a restock fee. I've been coming here since Covid started and the service was great. I'd travel 45min because this was a company I felt was trustworthy when it came to used electronics. An employee by the name of Eshon was always helpful in assisting me but my recent visit as of 03/14/25 wasn't so present.

I went in due to a system error on my laptop. When going to pick up my device I became surrounded by employees as if they suspected I was going to run out without paying. After I made my payment, the cashier then signaled the employee who was standing at the door who then proceeded to the back.

I've worked loss prevention for years and I'm familiar with the tricks of the trade. However, there are plenty of other customer friendly ways of going about a suspected thief. I was straight up PROFILED and will no longer be spending my hard-earned money with a business who chooses to treat certain customers this way.

I’m reposting this review because Eshon replied and of course lied saying I wasn’t profiled when I clearly was. This is a tactic stores and businesses use when so-called Black Americans come to shop & it’s exactly what they did to me. Blocked all the exits until the purchase was finalized.
