I first started going to Facelogic in 2023 after being referred by a friend for Laser hair treatment. I purchased a few individual sessions before someone finally told me they also do packages, which come out way cheaper than doing them individually. My very first session was a face treatment, and they zapped my face a total of three times! The next time session I had a different person who had a completely different technique. She tested my skin first to see what my tones were and then zapped me about 20 times. After seeing the difference between both treatments I requested to only see the second employee, Lizzi, because I felt she was more knowledgeable it was worth the money. They assured me that was fine however when I got to my appointment I had a new person who wasnât Lizzi. I was a little frustrated but things happen, on my way out I requested Lizzi once again they apologized and said no problem. When I got the office once again it was not Lizzi they finally informed me she was on maternity leave. I started going with another employee who was also nice. I have no been going there for two years. However I took the summer off per the advice of my laser technician and then went on vacation. Once I called to reschedule my appointment they informed me my laser technician was on vacation and they would have to book me out in two weeks. I said no problem. The morning of my appointment they called to tell me the laser machine was broken and I would have to reschedule again for the next week. I once again said no problem. The day before my appointment they called to tell me my sessions were âexpiredâ and would need to order an additional package before they considered letting me use the last obsessions I had. I expressed how upset I was considering the week before they called to tell me the machine was broken but never once informed me my sessions were almost expiring. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me it wasnât there job to tell me when my sessions expired due to the fact that I signed something two years ago saying they expire stated a year. I would think after giving a business over 5k in purchases and over two years of being a customer they wouldâve at least called me to let me know my sessions were expiring so I could plan accordingly. Had I had known they were expiring I wouldâve reschedule with a random laser technician instead of waiting for my technician to come back from vacation. Iâm also a little confused as to why the laser technicians often tell people to take a break in the summer due to sun exposure but then never mention in doing this you have to be careful not to let your sessions expire. The receptionist was very rude and told me I couldnât speak to the owe her because theyâre not involved in the business and live far⌠after telling her I still expect a call she said she would have them call me. Itâs been over a month! No one communicated in this office and seems a lot of employees lack education on laser hair removal and the protocols of this facility .
Since clarification is needed the numerous days youâre referring to are ONE emergency and one day I was got put on antibiotics. Both were last minute things I had no control of. Anything other than that were notified before hand including things like being sick, I think a total of like 4 times in two years is understandable. 3k-4k since that makes such a difference as well!! Two packages for laser and face as well as individual sessions! I find it so funny the owner can respond to a poor review but cannot call a customer back thatâs been with them for two years!! Itâs been over a months donât his is the first time I hear from anyone. I found similar reviews about them trying to convince people to buy packages in order to âfixâ the issues. Lastly I requested Lizzi THREE times, I clearly am not the one booking her if I said I requested. Your office âbookedâ her for me ⌠three separate times and assured me I would be with her and then...
Read moreI went here for my first facial ever, and I was really anxious. I had heard horror stories of blotchy skin, break outs, and dry peeling faces. I was really nervous, but everyone at Facelogic was so open and willing to answer my fears and questions that they immediately put me at ease.
When it came time for the big deed, they led me through a dim hall with curtained partitions on either side, with very soothing music playing. I was put into one of the curtained off rooms (very private), where my facialist began working on me. Long story short, between the soothing feeling of someone massaging my face, neck, shoulders, and arms (the last 3 a totally welcome surprise!), I was in heaven. Everyone at Facelogic is so professional and warm.
Your face is the first thing people see, and it's so easy to refuse to trust anyone else with it, but Facelogic takes good care of it's clients and I will definitely...
Read moreI never write reviews but felt compelled to do so based on the amazing experience I had recently at facelogic spa. I had a 90 min massage session with therapist Ramon and it was nothing short of amazing from beginning to end, the service was top notch, everyone was so friendly, the ambiance very serene, clean and relaxing, the massage was the best Iâve ever had (and Iâve been to many spas). I went there experiencing muscle tightness and pain. Ramon asked me questions to understand my concerns and told me what he was going to do, he made me feel very comfortable. He knew how to target the right areas and was very precise and gentle where required. I literally left there feeling brand new!! I booked my next session on the spot and have now become a loyal customer, looking forward to going back there for some much needed âme timeâ, itâs so worth it!! I had a great experience and highly...
