Avenue 145 — Local services in Village/Town of Mount Kisco

My girlfriend had good experience at this place with Matt so I decided to give it a try. I called last week and spoke with "Mary" to book an appt with Matt. I specifically told her I need a haircut and color, however I will decide what type of process I want for my color after I speak with Matt. Initially she gave me 3:30 pm then she moved me to 3pm because she wanted to make sure Matt has enough time with me in case I wanted to go with Balayage. I got there before 3pm and waited about 15 mins before Matt came to see me. I saw that he was working on a client when I first walked in. After speaking to him and showed him the pics of the color I wanted for my hair I know I wanted a balayage. He told me he is BOOKED back to back today and that he would not have time for me if I wanted balayage. He basically politely told me I would have to come back for the color and then he told me I would need to rebook my appt because he prefers to do the haircut after the balayage is done and that he wanted to make sure he has enough time for his client. The truth is that they double booked him and completely wasted my time! I have a very busy schedule as well, and THATS WHY I called ahead to BOOK THE APPT!!! My time is just as valuable! Awful!
