We visited an hour before closing on 6/19/2024. We liked the selection and found what we needed but customer service was severely lacking and the item we were looking for was extremely unorganized which made us spend way more time there than we intended. We needed ‘heatgear’ compression tops and bottoms but all the racks were mixed up. The cold gear was mixed up with the heat gear making it extremely difficult to find what we needed. The employees could see us struggling and could care less, they would just stare at us occasionally. When we finally found a pair of heat gear compression pants, we had to ask to use the fitting room to try on a single item and were falsely told that we only had 10 minutes till closing when really it was 16 minutes till according to iPhone. There were 3 workers, one of them I presume was the manager, she kept walking past us when we were looking at the shoes with a very unwelcoming expression, not once was a kind word or gesture offered, just dismay that we were there. We got to the checkout counter right before they announced on intercom it was 10 minutes till closing. Again, the checkout experience was not friendly and the clerk cut the tags off our shoes, I guess to ensure that we wouldn’t be able to return them. We spent over $300, the person who checked us out didn’t bother to point out that one of our receipts was actually full of coupons that needed to be used within the next week and the manager was waiting by the door during our entire checkout eager to kick us out, mind you our receipt states the time was 20:47, well before closing according to their own time and ours. As soon as we were done checking out, the manager told the employees to clock out and she didn’t say a single word to us as she stood by the door, just a look of displeasure. What a terrible way to manage your employees and customers, that shopping mall center is so desolate and probably contributes to their lack of business but that manager is going to run that place into the ground for sure with her terrible customer service, what a shame. This girl was on Skype with 2 of her friends planning a vacation to Alabama and the managers just there holding her phone. We paid for it to be refilled and it wasn’t even filled. What they we’re doing was unsafe and disrespectful. Why mess with the air tank if you don’t know what your doing? When we went up to the register a man was arguing about his cycle not working and the other employee behind the counter said he couldn’t help him.
