Taco Bell — Restaurant in Vincennes

This Taco Bell/KY Fried Chicken in Vincennes, IN really does NOT deserve even a one star because they were SO RUDE. We pulled up & saw a group standing outside by the back door & they just looked at us. I didn't realize til we stood at the counter for a full minute or so that there was NO ONE in the place working. So, that group was the workers. We stood for 5 to 6 minutes & said forget it. As we left, one lady from that group came towards the front of the building (still outside) & i asked, "so no one is inside to work?" & she replied, "Nope, we're all on break".... What's wrong with restaurants today.... people don't care, people just don't care about a customer...

Totally sux, waited in drive threw for 20 mins and they still got the order wrong. Ever seen a cow in the window? Go to toco bell. The put the biggest girl they could find on drive threw, all she did the hole time stood her fat ass right there playing on her phone. And then gave me some lame excuse about a big order. I wouldn't even gotten that out of her unless I ask her what took so long. I feel like if they had that much going on, and I promise you they did not look that busy to me, her ass should have went back and helped out. She didn't even tell us anything before that we just sat there waiting. The poorest excuse for customer service I'd ever...

Worst service ever. And by “worst” service, I mean NO SERVICE. Supposed to open at 7. Usually opens at 7:30, or 8:00. Or 9:00. Depends when they feel like it. Over half a dozen times I tried getting breakfast over an hour after they were supposed to be open and I can see employees there but I get told “we ain’t open”. If this happened once or twice in say like 8 years I’d understand. But I’m talking about 8 times in 15 months. I love Taco Bell breakfast and wish I had more Taco Bell’s to choose from but unfortunately I’m stuck with the 6th street TB, which is obviously managed by Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie and they open whenever they...
