I started training with Tori Ryan about 3 months ago after she came highly recommended from friends. I had worked with personal trainers in the past but never found the right fit until Tori. Things that set Tori apart- Her emphasis on safety. Tori makes sure every session that the muscles we will be working are warmed up and she makes modifications based off my previous shoulder injury. She corrects form and supports when lifting to ensure the risk of injury is minimized. -Her education. Tori is highly qualified and makes me feel like the exercises we are doing are the most effective and scientifically backed. I saw more results with her in 3 months than I have in 9 months else where. -Her follow up. I receive communication throughout the week from Tori for encouragement, education, check-in, or suggestions to better my results. I am impressed with the way Tori Ryan teaches such a diversified group of women. Yes she is awesome one on one and semi.... to see her in action with a group of six.... Lifting or stretching or cardio or squatting.. you name it ...she is right there making sure each individual in that group is working on their own level... I started working with Rachel towards the beginning of the year and I couldn’t be happier. Rachel is a fantastic trainer. She makes sure to tailor workouts according to my fitness goals, explains the benefits of the exercises we're doing, and teaches me on how to improve my form.
