Waco Habitat ReStore — Attraction in Waco

It's a companies personal right to refuse to help anyone, period. This information is for other people who have their 1 property located in two counties.

Again, this is just information for others who want to donate working, whole appliances. Who's property line intersects on two different counties. -McLennon county (home side) -McGregor County (back pasture side)

I hoped to donate a refrigerator, freezer, and a smaller normal freezer.

My home, my primary residence is in McLennon county on Wolf lane, Valley Mills, but a small piece of my property, a few acres, the backside (pasture) is considered McGregor county.

although my residence, my home is actually sitting in McLennon county, I was refused assistance. Because of the backside) pasture.

Again, it's this companies prerogative to refuse anyone,...

Wouldn't know about the store seeing as how the waco location is the only one that closes at 3:00 on Saturdays and I drive in from out of town. Don't know why they don't stay open until at least 5:00 like most other locations, except austin who understands people and time so stay open until 8:00.

Update: I don't know why the waco restore even bothers. They are never open(at least not for the majority of the population that works for a living)! Since they close so early I can't get away to visit, but I had half a day off on a Monday and thought I could go since they are open a little later on weekdays... yeah right... of course they're not open on Mondays... or Tuesdays! Why even bother having a restore? I give up! Temple and austin will be my stores even if they're not as...

Found some good items here. Unfortunately, the employees and customer service was so terrible that I don't want to ever go back. I didn't receive as much as a smile from any employee not to mention they were all standing around mean mugging so you're too scared to ask them any questions. I've met happier employees at prisons. It's such a shame those jobs are taken by people who couldn't care less. If you've never been here then don't go! You won't get any in store help and when you go to check out the lady at the window will just stare at you and not tell you what to do with your items. The cashier lady will act like she's so annoyed you came in and you're likely to see her...
