Battle House Laser Tag - Wake Forest — Attraction in Wake Forest

Had a horrible time. The first hour went pretty well. Then me and my buddy stayed for a second hour. We started with a 1v1. We come to this establishment every so often this time around there were some new people working. As we proceeded with the one 1v1 The rules were changed mid match in the losers favor. I went to go put my equipment back because I was not happy with the Ruel change. The headset and weapon was handed to the worker And in the process of handing it to the worker, the headset slipped out of her hands. I walked out and they let my friend continue to play. They Then told my friend, after that, I was banned from the establishment for three months due to the small crack in the headset. They then said some other very rude comment. Then proceed to call them to talk things through And they make up some little rendition of a story to say I threw the headset on the ground. It made little no sense due to the fact that I am a 195 pound man And if I threw the headset on the ground, it’d be a little bit more than just cracked. The game modes made it fun for even a small group of 4. My 6 year old daughter dominated everyone in the juggernaut game mode, and she won't stop talking about it. My son and wife captured our flag and detonated their bomb in bomb squad, and my daughter and I won in Search and Destroy. It was a real battle. My only two recommendations would be to let the players practice on each other at the start of the game, since it took several deaths for my wife to figure out where to aim to kill me, and to recognize when she was dead; and the second recommendation would be to include a digital scoreboard so players could see the game stats: win/loss, K/D,...

Loved every minute at Battle House. I brought my kiddos, and they had a blast. It was a cold, rainy day so the indoor laser tag venue was amazing. My youngest is 10, and she was worried that she'd get lost or have a hard time understanding the game, but the instructors were so great that she caught on by the second game.
