Wake Forest Art & Frame Gallery — Attraction in Wake Forest

While the store is beautiful and the sales people helpful, this place is very expensive. I left a 7x7 inch embroidery piece to be framed. I thought the young lady said it would be $169.00 for the framing, which I had expected. I had picked out a beautiful mat and a very pretty frame and felt it was reasonable. However that was just the 50% deposit. The overall charge was $323.00! When I given the receipt, there was no breakdown of the charges so I am not sure exactly what was what. I am sure it will be lovely - for $323 it should be - but I won't be bringing anything...

Please don't think independent places are more expensive than a big chain. I got an animation cell framed here and they had better options than a big chain craft store. Much better options and uv blocking glass. It was the same amount as the big chain. I ended up with a piece that was...
